The therapist truly understood my body -Sapha knew exactly how to release tension without ever crossing into too much pain (good pain only! ) I felt completely safe, listened to, and taken care of throughout the entire session. It was also my first time trying a deep tissue therapeutic massage, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. If you've ever been curious but hesitant - this is the place to go. I booked a massage as a follow up to a chiropractic appointment for crippling back pain. I was unable to work my physically-demanding job, the pain was so bad. After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. My concerns were assuaged promptly! The masseuse worked on me for about an hour and I got off the table with minimal issue. Gallons of water later, I felt better than I'd felt in quite a long time! This place is amazing! I strained my hip and shoulders twerking to Backstreet Boys Concert in Las Vegas. On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! Prutsapha is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and an expert at Thai massage crossed with Swedish. The office is a calming environment. She has worked me in on just an hour or two notice when I have been in terrible condition. I have dystonia, which is abnormal muscle spasms. There is another woman whose name I cannot recall, but she too is excellent and when it comes to locked muscles at the base of my head she relieves them. I had my first Thai massage today with Sapha and I literally want to scream from the rooftop to let everyone know they need to try this! I've had some amazing massages, but this was incredible. I called several places in the area looking to get my husband and myself in for a massage next day on Mother's Day weekend, everywhere was booked full. I happened to find Naree Massage and Spa while browsing on Yelp and decided to give them a call. They were able to fit us in the next morning and were very kind and gracious. They gave great detail and direction in booking the appointment, and what to expect as a first timer getting a massage. I was a little nervous being a first timer and also be a plus sized person, but Sapha and Tida were so kind and reassuring. I'm delighted to write this review for Sapha and her trainee at Naree Massage & Spa. This was my first visit. I scheduled an appointment to address some sciatic nerve and neck pain. A Q&A session with Sapha during the intake process gave her some context for the visit -- I advise you to be as detailed as you can be during this phase so she can formulate a good plan for your visit. And formulate a good plan she will... Don't expect a common massage or a novice. Sapha put on a 90 min massage masterclass for sciatic nerve pain. Let me tell you, never before have I had a masseuse exert pressure on my body the way she did for this condition. The techniques she used on me were remarkable. Another remarkable observation: she's an excellent educator. We discussed some of the anatomy relevant to my pain and I feel like I have a better understanding of what I can do to address the sciatic pain between sessions. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment! I surely will. Self-care is important, but having a competent and enthusiastic person assist you is key. read more

We called so many massage places and almost no one picked up! Sapha did pick, set our appointment for the same day and my husband and I are so grateful! We both got full body massages and they were amazing. It wasn't a soft massage like the Swedish ones I'm used to. It was deep and involved stretches and hurt a bit but it pays off in the long run. And the BEST most unique part was the cracking sound from the back and neck. Usually you'd have to pay money to a Chiropractor to crack your back and neck. But Sapha is licensed and has been massaging for almost 2 decades so she is capable of doing that safely. It releases all the pent up stress. Place was clean, Sapha was very sweet. I very rarely ever get headaches, much less migraines; but i somehow had a roaring one for about 15 hours -- until I got a massage at Narre Massage. It was a bit of a risk because I had never been there before; but the other places I was interested in going either weren't answering the phone or were booked too far out. As it turns out, I was in very capable hands. Sapha took the time to understand what I needed, and regularly checked in to make sure she had the right pressure etc. Very professional, skilled, and caring. My only regret is i should have gotten the 90 minute instead of the 60, but even with the 60 she managed to make my migraine vanish!! Will definitely be back! They were kind enough to take us in last minute. They were nice and friendly, however, the staff lacks much knowledge and ability in massaging. Sapha, the regular masseuse, (as we were informed AFTER making the appointment and mid-session) was not there. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend and I went together, as we are here for a weekend getaway. This was my friends first time getting a massage and she requested multiple times for the Chinese lady to be softer. She would soften for a minute and then continue to be harsher. I've had multiple deep tissue massages before and was able to bear through the pain. My session was with the Thai lady. We got back home and we BOTH had visible YELLOW-BROWNISH bruises on our backs. Never have I ever had bruises from a massage session. We paid $80 per session, and pretty much paid for bruises. It might not be fair for me to judge this place based off of the unskilled employees but this shows to be an unreliable place. read more

I found Narre Massage and Spa from an online search when I needed a last minute massage due to muscle spasms in my low back and sciatica to my right leg. I had been adjusted by my chiropractor with little relief the day before. It was a Saturday and I had little hope of finding one that day. Sapha was AMAZING to say the least. She is petit, yet strong, and uses techniques that vary depending on the need. She used a large table and stood on it during part of it to use the most effective position. My massage consisted of Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai techniques. I have a history of neck injury in 2010, and have had much body work done. She is one of the best therapists I have ever had. Safa is a very experienced massage therapist who knows how to "dance" with the body and tailor the massage to how your body feels and responds, which means that your are getting a massage curated specifically to your body.
