The supervisor Michael constantly yells at his staff every 10+ seconds, he constantly picks on the Team who work hard but have to endure Michael unnecessarily on their backs. His face to face interactions with a customer lacks sincerity, he also does not smile at customers or his Team. I feel sorry for his Team. People near me were overheard talking about the supervisor's appalling lack of team respect. The reviews in 'True Local' are constantly rating this McDonalds poorly. Michael needs to attend and pass courses on how to respect staff and customer service skills. Michael, I give you a zero out of ten.

I got the wagyu deluxe and was presently surprised that it came with onion straws (thin crispy onion rings!)! The bun was great but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the patty which was cooked well-done with poor quality beef - dry and unflavourful, hard to believe it was wagyu. My friend got the atomic deluxe which came with a very thick and crusty bread for bun. The fries had absolutely zero salt. I'm giving this place a 3 because there's a lot of potential. Most of their online reviews are quite poor so I think if they consider their customers suggestions they can really improve! Keen to try the pizzas next time.

Other then the plate issue highly recommend you visit, perfect for the whole family.
