I stopped here on a paid walking tour of Wroclaw. The city itself was lovely and inviting. Our guide gave us information about this building and we admired the architecture. We were then invited to step inside. The building was lovely. People started walking around the lobby area and our tour spread out a bit. My friend and some others on the tour used the restroom and I sat in a chair in the lobby to wait. After a few moments, I saw an incredibly rude security guard acosting an elderly woman that was on our tour and try to block her from the restroom. This woman was walking with a cane for goodness sake! Then he proceeded to storm away and approach me. "What are you doing?" he yelled. I literally looked around because I was sure he wasn't talking to me. I was seated by myself in a chair. There was no one else around. He got closer and asked again. "Waiting..." I replied. He threw up his hands and stormed off. I could not believe it!
When we met up with our tour outside, my friend told me he had also been rude to her. When people started complaining our tout guide stated the security guard had been rude to him too. Unbelievable!
When he mentioned tickets for an upcoming show here, we all started laughing in unison. As if we would ever patronize a place who employs someone like that! I will never spend my money here and would not recommend even stopping by to any tourists who might be reading this in preparation for a trip. read more
