BBQ Pork Roll Bread: Can be a little hit and miss depending on how busy the rush is but even though it may not be always crunchy its definetely fresh and fluffy. Fillings: Beautiful fresh hot Roasted Pork. I think its pork shoulder. Perfectly seasoned and juicy. Never dry and overcooked. Nice dried pork crackle compliments the meat. Vegetables: Not overly packed out with carrot as many places do to fill the roll out. The carrot is pickled nicely. Also some pickled and fresh crunchy cucumber, and a very thick stem of spring onion gives a nice heat to go with the cucumer. Chilli: Always a good amount of birds eye chilli throughout the roll. Dont have to ask for extra. At least a piece in every bite to feel that burn. Value: $8.50 for a BBQ pork, $6.50 for a standard Bahn Mi. $4.00 for a 600ml coke. Getting a meal for $20 is hard to beat nowadays, so to get two rolls and a drink that fills you up until dinner with change from a $20 Overall: An excellent Vietnamese Bakery in Regent Park/Bamkstown region. Originating from Lebanon, Seasweet has added a Parramatta franchise to its international chain of patisseries - and I for one am glad they did! The shop is staffed by friendly people who are happy to help you choose between macaroons and petit fours and those delicious looking pieces of baklava. There are also cakes, brownies, desserts and a whole range of tempting things - definitely best avoided if you're on a diet! I go there in search of a gift, which the staff are more than happy to help me find, a present that ends up being well within my price range and puts a huge smile on the face of the recipient. For one whole kilo of mixed sweet things, I paid $20 - how is that possible? Amazing! The food looks as great as it tastes; I dare anyone to go into Seasweet and not be overcome!

It has a shelf stacked with canned Italian products and pastas and in the refrigerated display cabinet are a variety of small-goods like sopressa and prosciutto that would make an Italian Homer Simpson drool! The highlight are the wonderful fresh panini that are available to eat in or take away. Service is personal and comes with Italian charm. This smallish Deli come Italian coffee bar is just what Rozelle needs.

Service was chipper, charming and prompt but best of all the food was a delight. Finicky kid is a direct product of finicky Mum but here I found at least 5 dishes that tempted me before I finally plumped for salmon fishcakes. Just the ticket, in fact brunch was enthusiastically gobbled by all (except the finicky kid) with promises made to go back for dinner. Really, really worth checking out.

The coffee was quite weak, although there are times when I don't mind that. I think I'll give these guys another go, but they certainly weren't mind-blowing.

Has freshly baked rolls, sliced bread, sweets such as tarts, brownies, slices, cakes you name it! They also serve freshly made pork, chicken or salad rolls! Some of my favourites are the mini sponge cakes, taro buns, donut swirls and surprisingly, the ham and cheese croissants. Service is non-existant, but who cares. It's fun to just wander around, unattended and unsupervised, staring with amazement at the crazy flavor combinations. The majority of the breads are spongy and delicious. But some of them are also really oily. The "naan" is crazy, and made its oily presence known all over my steering wheel. And it was also packed full of onions. I don't know about you, but I've never eaten an onion-flavoured naan before. Not good, but not bad enough to turn me off- there are just too many scrumptious options. Instead, I've learnt a lesson, and will stay away from the flat breads in future.
