Both Greg & his wife were very truthful and told me that this type of ring is not meant to be worn everyday because of the setting. There was not much holding the diamonds in place. I contacted Greg after seeing numerous five star reviews on Google and Yelp as I was looking to design a custom engagement ring for my now fiancé. I went into their office very unsure of to expect. Background: I have been procrastinating for several months but finally searched online for reputable jewelers in West Palm. Nash Jewelry had one of the highest ratings, so I decided to go with it. I contacted Greg and Maryanne to fix a clasp on my partner's white gold necklace and schedule an appointment to come in. I get to the shop (which is only about 5 minutes from the house) and speak to his wife (Maryanne) for a few minutes. Within 10 minutes, Greg fixes the clasp and polishes necklace. MaryAnn and Greg are are a wonderful couple who do amazing work and are extremely friendly. Greg repaired a pendant left to me by my grandmother, replaced the defective clasp on the necklace and readjusted my mother's original ring guard wedding band from the original set fit a new ring. Not only was the work expertly done, the work was done ahead of schedule in order to accommodate my travel arrangements as I was visiting from out town. In addition we have never seen our jewelry this clean in our entire lives. I will definitely be brining in additional pieces in the future for them to work on.
