This store is located in a shopping center in Green Hills area. Wow, as you walk in you feel the healing. The ambience is relaxing and quiet. The have a nice seating area with very comfy couches for you to enjoy while you wait. They have a selection of different kinds of CBD products, from gummies to lotions. Their staff is always friendly and will to answer any questions you may have regarding the product or CBD all together. They have a website you can check out for more info regarding their story and where their products come from. They are knowledgeable about what they are selling. Austin took care of me and she was wonderful. I explained the symptoms and she offered her recommendations, she also sent me home with a few samples of gummies and a lotion for my symptoms! Honestly, I have been to CBD solutions before and never had a bad time. The manager and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. BUT- It does take a lot to get a review out of me. This was well worth it, though. I called the store and spoke to Kylie, needing some gift help and in quite a time pinch. Over the phone she shopped with me and talked me through recommendations for all kinds of things, answering my questions with confidence and treating me like a friend. There's so much bustle and chaos around this season, but I never got the feeling that I was being rushed or just being fed the "typical" sales line from Kylie. She helped me with a great sense of humor, giving me fantastic ideas, working with my budget, and even pointing me to things I never thought I'd have been interested in. (such wins, by the way!!!) Kylie- Thank you sooooo much for your genuine hospitality. You didn't have to see me face to face to still treat me excellently, and I'm so grateful! This place is a joke It was one of my favorite shops untill I recently bought a pipe vape pen battery. When purchasing I was never notified of a no exchange or return policy. Got home battery only flashes 5 times won't charge won't do anything. When bring back to store was told it was my fault! I was handed a little printed and typed peice of paper that told me about proper battery care and maintenance! Are you fucking kidding me they sell a shitty product and te the customer it's there fault. Shop online or somewhere else please save your money and go somewhere else read more

Oh my goodness! What an incredible experince. Coming from California I was looking for a different experience ;) but Kylie showed me a whole new world! I was having a less then stellar day, stressed emotional you name it. I was given a sample of water soluable CBD that worked right away. Calming, my body felt less tense. The customer service is always top notch and their knowledge of the products is top tier. Their product suggestions are catered to each individual's needs. This place has terrible customer service. They will tell you they have a 30 day return policy ( that's what I was told when I bought a cbd oil to help my sleep) but when it didn't work and I went to return it three days later the same employee first said they'd changed their policy the day before due to COVID, then denied ever having told me about the 30 day policy, and lie after lie, I gave up and am stuck with their lousy product. And a really bad opinion of them since in contacting this company 4x and being told someone would get back to me to address this, no one did. Not even the owner, when I emailed him directly. Then they claim on Google reviews they told me that they communicated with me that I could return it within 60 days of COVID being lifted. ANOTHER LIE! they never told me that, but want their customers to think they did. THIS IS JUST BAD BUSINESS!!! They claim they are doing everything they can to serve their customers in this unprecedented time, but if that was true, they would honor their commitments/spoken policies to customers when money is tight for people and accept returns as promised initially, instead of just trying to get away with keeping people's money or getting your commission.
