I contacted the Nasseri Law Group after I had experienced a car accident. I was rear ended exiting a freeway. I was hurt pretty bad and needed years of rehabilitation before the case could be settled. Joubin Nasseri instructed me on how to push for all the possible treatment options to help me heal. Additionally, Joubin helped understand the importance of collecting all pertinent records. Moreover, the insurance of the person who hit my car was state farm and they appeared to purposely drag out settlement out as much as possible. They changed court dates, appraisal people and attorneys multiple times. They would ask over and over evidence that was provided already. Seemingly doing all the stalling tricks they are known to do. But Joubin navigated all those issues and also kept me calm even though at times I was a difficult client because I didn't understand why this was taking so long. In the end State Farm offered to settle my case for $70,000. However, Joubin didn't believe that was a fair offer and eventually we ended up settling for exponentially more money and I got them to pay for my surgery and rehabilitation from the surgery as well. In one nice sunny (in my case, an sunny ugly day) i became homeless !
