It gave the perfect touch to the enchiladas. They were satisfied. I really enjoyed my burger. It had the same cabbage, jicama, carrot salad in there. It tastes great. It had some tomatoes and the sauce was good. I tries the fried breaded broccoli. I really liked it. It was a little overcooked but was good. The ambiance is very familiar. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. You feel very welcome. They also had a boutique there with some cool jewelry and cool clothes. Something like Indian stile. From India.

I came on a Saturday, so it was quite busy. The servers were distracted with all the clientele but as soon as you call them over for the check, they try to be as speedy as possible. The French toast was amazing! I definitely do recommend.

By horrible I mean they don't even seat would be customers but rather turn them away albeit with open tables because of their total lack of organization. And most importantly, it took over 20 minutes just to get a coffee and an hour before I cancelled my food order. The waiter still had the nerve to charge us for the coffee. This place needs management. Turning away would be customers and ignoring the customers that do manage to get inside is not a recipe for success.

We're from LA and have access to great Mexican food at home and in Mexico so we know when something is good and this place is legit so if you're in town and heard of a guacamaya this is the place to try it. You order at the stand make sure to add some tacos (dorados) to your order. You take it to the salsa area and slosh it with your favorite condiments like cueritos (pickled pork skin), mango salsa, pickled onions and array of heat salsas. Grab napkins and a fork. Ask the young guy for a drink sit down and enjoy this crazy delicious concoction this city is known for. Kid friendly, vegetarian friendly (bolillo w avo and salsas).

I had actually tried this thing before like a week before at some other place. So we came to this place that to everybody is the best ever in Leon. So a Guacamaya is a bolillo bun stuffed with pork rinds maybe with some slices of avocado and topped with a watery smashed tomato sauce(mexican style not to be confused withitalian) I know it sounds kinda wierd but you have to try it. every body loves pork rinds and bolillo buns. the place is famous but in my opinion that day my bun was to hard, the stuffing was not enough and they only put a little slice of avocado. the only good thing i believe is the sauce it has different levels of heat from "no heat to please tell my wife i loved her". it was pricey we had 2 of these and a couple of cokes and it was what we would normally be charged to eat tacos at night somewhere. its a good place i think but there are better places out there.

You can't go wrong with any of their dishes but their steaks are the main attraction. They cook each order to to perfection. Our group usually has a range of finishes on steaks and they always deliver.
