From the very beginning, Paula was enthusiastic about finding us our perfect home! We looked at several homes and Paula never lost focus. Even when my husband and I doubted if we could ever find our home, Paula never lost her enthusiasm. Based on our needs and interests, she found us our perfect home. She is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. For these reasons, I would happily recommend her services.

What an awful No-Star team! What a supreme joke of a realtor. She overlists ALL of her listing…read moreproperties. I mean by around 60-80k! What this achieves is a seller who thinks their property is a gold mine. Notice all of her properties sit on the market forever until some poor out of towner chump gets caught in her scheme. This is Hattiesburg, people, not some major metropolitan market! Her staff has dropped the ball for DeLois who insists on "handling" all offers personally. What this translates to is she won't deal with you according to contractual times at all unless she thinks it is an important sale to her. Another thing she does is these ridiculous writeups about her properties. One insists, "One of Hattiesburg's most prominent families lived here and entertained all of Hattiesburgs most prominent people including lawyers (snakes) and....(get this one) Boy Scout Leaders..." what a JOKE! Who blew smoke up these people's prominent arses? DeLois Smith who is really selling an overpriced hunk of 1960's junk and tries to sell it as a prominent house. It is actually going to take some fool over $100k just to get it to not look like a set from Auntie Mame! Avoid this pompous old woman and her "all-star" kiddie staff.
