While the store had a wide selection of items, many of them were extremely overpriced for the condition they were in. I've visited antique shops across the country, and the value here simply didn't match the asking prices. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The staff were not only unhelpful but outright rude. While testing a typewriter I was considering purchasing, a woman abruptly stopped me from tapping aggressively through the glass, telling me not to touch it--despite there being no signage indicating it was off-limits. If I'm going to spend money at your business, I expect to be treated with basic respect. Sadly, that was not the case here. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this shop to others.

This is exactly the type of antiques store I like to roam around…read more This is the opposite of one of those antique stores that you go into and you're immediate reaction is: "Oh... goodness... am I appropriately dressed for this antique store?" You know... like one of those antique stores that you walk around in like you're trying to loot an abandoned convenience store full of zombies and if you make one noise it will wake up all the zombies. You know... those antique stores where you really daintily flip over one of the price tags, realize that the glass vase you're looking at is priced at $1475 and want to immediately leave but you continue looking around the store because you feel it would be rude to immediately leave even though you know you're not gonna be able to afford anything. This is a store that seems to be made out of an old residence. There are twists and turns. There are step ups, and further step ups. There's a basement that's sort of hidden in and on the right. It's definitely a treasure hunt, and I found most of the prices to be pretty fair all things considered. You won't believe this... but I ended up buying a clock. A pretty nice Seikosha (Japanese Seiko) pendulum clock that was on a 25% sale in an individual consigners booth. Oh yes... the store is made up of consigners booths which is something I've always liked. To me, it means that if one consigner booth is priced a little high, I still have so so many more booths to look at with different pricing levels. Also, different people collect different things. So for instance, the booth I found the clock in, I could tell that this consigner appreciated clocks, cause he had 2-3 more up for sale. All in all, I will definitely be back to this store when I'm in Annapolis. It might be one of my favorites in that area.

I also saw some old-school children's books! The hubs and I stopped by while we were in the area, and we were greeted warmly. The place allows you to peruse with no hassle - be sure to check out the back room as well! I found cute little old light bulbs, hand-painted to look like snowmen - I had to get these! In addition, they were having a sale for seasonal items, so that was an added bonus! The nice gentleman (who looked so dapper, by the way!), was so sweet and kind. Usually, antique/vintage stores can be more of a miss than a hit, but this place was super charming and seems to have something for everyone! Love small businesses like this! Check them out when you're in town - you won't regret it! +antiques and vintage items +friendly and welcoming service! +great selection +limited residential parking

There's a sign above the entranceway about recycling. My kinda thinking right here. I'm sure there were many neat things in this little store but I didn't stay long because I made a comment how the barking dogs in the back wanted to say hi. I was just being chatty but the guy took it as an opportunity to let out the two Italian Greyhounds. They are not small dogs and it made me nervous because I don't know how they run around without breaking all of the fragile things in the store. I'm not a big fan because it makes the place smell like doggies but the two other ladies there were in love and went to play and pet them. That was my opportunity to make a beeline for the door.

I proudly hang them as ceiling lights in my foyer and office. I had my eye on a few other beautiful things and will surely visit again soon.
