I just recently bought a new house and immediately had issues with the dryer I inherited with the house. The dryer would shut off after 2 min and give an error code which revealed blockage in the vent. I was already stressed from moving so this just added to it. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a dryer vent cleaning company until I Googled it. They removed the obstruction and pest screen from the roof vent, repaired the vent in the attic, replaced the crushed vent behind the dryer, cleaned out unbelievable amounts of lint that was clogged in the vent. My clothes were not drying in the dryer so I took off the vent duct to discover it was packed with lint from the dryer duct up the wall vent. Nate was super responsive and was able to squeeze me in with a last minute appointment, which is so much appreciated. Pricing is reasonable and affordable. He arrived in the window provided and did a fantastic job, he was there at most an hour. Very fast and efficient. He offered us a lifetime warranty hose, at a small cost, for the dryer as ours wasn't up to code. He provided me update photos of before and after pictures of our vents (as i was not home for the service). He got back to me within 15 mins to chat and gave me the cost of $145 for a full inside, outside diagnostic and cleaning. This too also included the inside of our dryer! He got us booked for today! When I called, they were pretty booked and couldn't come out for 3 weeks however Nate said he would come by the next day to take a quick look for free. Arrival was on time - a picture of the technician was sent to me the day before so I knew who to expect. Nate not only cleaned the vent but he cleaned the dryer itself. Our dryer was installed less than 3 years ago. There was CHARRED LINT around the heating element of my dryer.
