The tile looked cream and should have matched the shower tile. Chad called and face-timed to show me the tile I ordered. It was gray and looked awful. He alerted me, even though it was what I selected. He sent one of his guys to a flooring store and found a tile that matched perfectly. Most contractors would have just put in the tile I chose but Chad went the extra mile and alerted me to the problem.
