The lady on the phone was super kind and sympathetic. Our tow truck driver, Fabian, was absolutely amazing. It was 3 am and he was so kind and upbeat. He definitely lifted the mood and was super helpful. My dog was with us and he was super sweet towards her and allowed her to drive back with us. He even waited outside the apartment to make sure we all made it back inside safely. Best customer service.

When I actually need help or support, messages go unanswered. Back in October, Carmen promised to credit my account but failed to do so. I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I've been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office.
