True to MA form, traffic patterns coming in and out of here are a nightmare. Add some lanes and get some people here to direct traffic.

The mall has a very mixed review in some places this store is very good but in others I would definitely not suggest. During the December month my family went to the teleportation for Santa Claus it was an experience that we got very good feedback from we heard it was good and fun for family and kids. We got to the attraction at around 11am and the line moved up slowly but we were second in line from getting in the elevator when they stopped seeing walk ins and started only doing reservations. Just to know we were sitting in this line for about 3 hours waiting to go into the attraction. An employee came up to the first couple people in the line including us and asked for our names and number to contact us when it was our turn. We went to lunch and came back to watch the line move. A family that was 7 family's behind us told us that they had gone into the attraction and took pictures. So therefore we went to the service desk and complained when one of my family members asked for the manager the guy rudely gave him a number that look very long to answer. When the guy on the other end of the phone answered he in short words told us there's nothing he could do. So therefore if you go to see this attraction make a reservation. read more

This mall seems to be doing quite well for themselves as you can go to many around and they're dying as you see empty store fronts. I come here to reward myself (sometimes a girls gotta do that), and so I know which way I'm going and what stores to hit. Have bought many Louis Vuitton bags there which is why I'm going broke but the mall just has a great vibe to it. There's just not the high end stores either, it's mixed. The Natick mall is a great place to hang out with friends and do some shopping. The reason I'm putting 2 stars is because the mall is not pet friendly yet every time I go I see pets running around. I have a highly trained service dog and so does my girlfriend. Every time we go to the mall our service dogs get lunged at and barked at. We have spoken to mall management and security yet they do nothing and continue to not even question people with pets. They also refuse to put up no pets allowed signs. This is a danger to all legit service animals, not just mine. My service dog has been bitten twice here by pet dogs that shouldn't have been in there. When my service dog was almost fully attacked by a husky and a pitty security did nothing after watching the video of the dogs freaking out and lunging at my dog barking and snarling. My girlfriends dog was attacked by a cocker spaniel with a man in a wheelchair that claims the dog is his service animal but the animal doesn't perform tasks and doesn't behave, meaning legally they can kick him out. After the attack we were told that the dog is banned from the mall yet when we saw the man and dog again and called security they did nothing and told us it was out of their hands... most of the security guards are incredibly nice and understand our frustration but they are not allowed to kick dogs out because their boss says so, even though the mall isn't pet friendly... Mall management refuses to change anything and put signs up saying no pets allowed. If my service dog or any of my friends service dogs get attacked in this mall one more time we will be suing the mall for letting these pets in. Real service dogs take 2 year to fully train and cost an average of $25,000-$50,000. These dogs are lifelines, they are not just pets. If one gets attacked then the dog may become fear reactive/aggressive towards other dogs meaning they can not be a service animal anymore. Meaning that time and money spent was for nothing and the person that so desperately needed a service dog needs to start all over again with a new dog. Leave your pets at home! Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and they are not allowed in the mall either. A service animal is a dog or mini horse that has been trained to perform tasks for a person with a debilitating disability. Comfort does not qualify as a task. read more

Gone downhill! I used to love this mall. Not any more. It had everything. It's the largest mall in New England, and used to be the most lively too, with convenient covered parking. It had a glamorous history since its original inception in 1965 and its amazing rebirths since then. But since COVID-19 and even before, it has really lost its caché. Lord & Taylor and Sears have been gone for some time and Neiman Marcus is probably closing soon. So many stores have closed, the mall is so empty, and most times it seems like a ghost town with very few shoppers. The Wegmans supermarket now closes at 10 pm (*every* other Wegmans store is open until midnight) and can't find enough people to staff it. The store they now have to fill the prior Lord & Taylor space--Shoppers Find--has a very temporary and cheap look. Yes, it has a few gems: Apple, Uniqlo, Amazon 4 Star, and the Wegmans supermarket is among the very best managed and stocked in their chain. But overall, I have less and less reason to go there. The whole Framingham-Natick shopping area is depressed and sad. So many restaurants in and near the mall have closed. The pandemic hasn't helped, but many closed even in 2019. The Golden Triangle used to be the heart of New England retail. Now, it's just a footnote. I guess the local area doesn't have the economics and demographics to support what it used to. Yes, malls are being hit hard by Amazon and online shopping. Yes, things are changing fast. But just 20 miles away from Natick, the Burlington Mall shows what Natick could be. Burlington is becoming the new Natick Mall, with a vibrant and growing restaurant scene (both in the mall itself and in the surrounding District and Avenue areas) and lots of reconstruction and updates. It's almost always busy. Restaurants like Fogo de Chão, Friendly Toast, Shake Shack, Frank Pepe's, Karma, and more coming (including a remodeled Legal Seafood), and more shoppers with stores full of inventory make Burlington a much better destination than Natick. read more

I came to Waltham for a quick family visit, stopped by this mall so nice .. many deals and offers , all in one American department store : Neman, Macy's, Nordstrom, Tylor etc Kids enjoy Dave and busters while shopping. Very bright atmosphere and well maintained washrooms! read more

I try to avoid this mall - the parking situation is always a disaster. When I come around holidays I always use the pay for valet parking ( - not out of laziness but because the parking lot is insane and $7 to avoid a headache or a car accident is worth it to me! They have valet parking outside by California Pizza Kitchen/Crate & Barrel and also outside of Nordstroms. They have just about every possible store you can think of that should be in a mall and then some. They also have a decent selection of food choices. The high-end part of the Mall is almost always empty. read more

LOL This is a mall. There are shops, and cheap places to eat. There are florescent lights, and families with children who are, well, being families with children. It's a mall, it's not the greatest every, but it's not bad either. It serves it purpose as a shopping center for big box convinces and products. Every negative review on here talks about the people who go here like that is something the business should be solving. People, it's a mall! There are teenagers, and children, and abrasive lights, and cheesy music playing. That's the entire idea! Wouldn't avoid it, but I wouldn't go here on a date or on my day off as my fun outing either. I love this mall. It has different personalities in different wings of the mall - the first few times, I didn't realize I was back at Natick. There are the 'Ultra high-end' type stores in one area, the stores for the usual adult crowd, usual young adult crowd and childrens stores. When this place reopened in 2007, newly named "Natick Collection", it was a great upscale mall, rivaling the now defunct Mall at Chesnut Hill. But some where along the line, they changed their name back to "Natick Mall ", filled the place with ubiquitous chain stores, and now this place is your typical mall full of teenagers whose parents want to keep them off the street. Though I almost got shot vying for a parking spot yesterday (yes, I did kinda steal it), the mall inside was relatively empty. And it is 4 days before Christmas. And very few "shoppers " were carrying bags. It's close to home. So I do end up there a few times a year. But I would never drive any distance for this place. read more

Boy, is this mall super mally. It really is the malliest mall with so many branches of mall you think you've gone from one complex to another. These offshoots and wings are NOT created equal. Their expansion area is definitely the high end spot, not only in shops, but also in upkeep. Seriously. If you don't believe me, visit restrooms on opposite sides of the mall. It goes from metal stalls and the thinnest (usually dwindling supply of) toilet paper to all marble with a lounge and plush TP. Very strange that its the same shopping center. On the non-rich side of the mall the bathrooms are a mess ALWAYS. The variety of shops is good, and the foodcourt is steadily improving. Its nice that they have EV parking spots, but do nothing to make sure non-EV cars park there. Sure, the "green car" area is a little harder to police, but actual charging stations that are inaccessible for my vehicle is pretty stupid. read more

This is a nice mall don't get me wrong. It just has a few flaws. This mall opened a luxury wing about 11 years ago and it isn't like Copley that is for sure. The Shops at Riverside in New Jersey had a better luxury selection and most of that mall is under renovation right now. There's high end and low end stores and everything you need in between. I rarely veer off the path, to the food court that is, and I always enjoy just browsing. This place is busy even on a Tuesday lunch time. Seems like a lot of people don't have work or school, including me. Sears, JC Penny, Macy's, Lord and Taylor, they've got all the big chain stores going up, up, and away in prices. And even higher in their once upon a time called collections. There's always plenty of parking and lots of stores in the surrounding area as well. read more

Call me nostaigic for the days when the Natick Mall had an Orange Julius(the first time with hot dogs), and I grew up through a time when the mall was *just* Filene's. CAN you even fathom that? Okay, so what do I like about the 'Collection?' In theory, some solid shops have been added to augment the old: Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Neiman Marcus, mixed in with Hollister, A +F, Express, and even Sears. I'm not sure what this new, bejeweled albeit prosthetic, arm of the mall, signaled by shiny white floors and faux birch trees, implies about our class system, but I'm just going to say I don't think it fits. Moreover, I seldom find anything great at any of the shops....not sure why, but I leave the Collection feeling empty. I'll take my fabulous shopping attitude to Copley and Chestnut Hill, but that's just the kind of girl I am. read more

Living in Chicago, I don't have the opportunity to go to many malls. Yet I have been to a few (St. Louis, Springfield, Joliet, etc) and this is one of the best I have been to. Plenty of stores, nice architecture, and plenty of food make for a good experience. The only complaint I can find is the parking on the weekends is seemingly impossible to find in under 15 minutes. Other than that, I am surprised by how many poor reviews are listed for this place, as it completely deserves to be in-between 4-5 stars. I have been to a mall in Detroit with the same rating, and trust me this place is completely on the opposite end of the spectrum in comparison. This was once the sleepy Natick Mall and I still remember the smell of fresh white bread baking from the nearby Wonder Bread factory. Those days are long gone and the mall has become a collection. Take that for whatever it means I guess. It looks like they fuzed two opposite worlds together and you can tell where the real estate prices get higher as the store fronts get larger and more complex. Due to the economic downturn the second floor has seen more closed storefronts then shoppers. The addition to the ultra lux condos seems so odd and seem not to be as successful as the would have liked. They are still a good variety of stores to see and the decor is very pleasant to the eye. The "Collection" is not my first choice in malls but I've definitely been to worse. read more

This is a gigantic mall with plenty of stores to shop. You've got your Macy's, you've got your Lord & Taylor and you've got your Sears here plus there's another whole wing that is pretty much dedicated to the higher end stores such as Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. I love the food court here and it has lots of good choices in it. If your more of a sit-down restaurant type they also have places such as Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen. If you're wanting to go for Chinese they have a PF Chang's here as well. I like this mall for when I need a change from the South Shore Plaza since they do have more here even though the plaza is definitely closer. They have a big parking lot as well as a good sized garage so parking is never a problem here. read more

Natick is movin' on up on the world. And don't you dare call it the "Natick Mall" because it is now the re-named "Natick Collection." That's right fashionistas--Nordstrom has finally arrived (first one in Massachusetts if you can believe it!) and Neiman Marcus is set to open this week. I was there for the grand re-opening weekend and I was pretty impressed with the mix of high-low brands...truly something for everyone although it does tip toward the upscale. Just be sure to wear good shoes (or stop by the famous Nordstrom shoe salon) because walking from one end to the other is really a workout. The new wing is filled with high fashion brands like Gucci, Bottega Venetta, and Louis Vuitton while the upper-middle class suburbanites will go ga-ga over Madewell, Martin + Osa and Vera Bradley. And then, you've got the requisite mall staples like Crate & Barrel, Victoria's Secret and Hot Topic. My favorite new picks are Zara and Melt Gelato & Crepe Cafe. I also can't wait until Moonstruck Chocolate Cafe opens! Refreshingly, the Food Court is confined to one small wing, so its not an entirely obscene pigout pen. And now that Sel de La Terre has an outpost here, you can get a delectable panini to fuel your shopping marathon. With 7,000 parking spaces, you'll likely find a spot without too much difficulty, but navigating the silly traffic circles and Rt. 9 can be stressful. I don't know what to think. I feel betrayed! I grew up right near the Natick Mall (out in the middle of nowhere, where malls are most needed!) and now it's beautifully redone. I was SO excited to hear there was an entire new wing, new parking garages (the old one was crumbling apart) and even a Cheesecake Factory, woohoo!! Well I like the new fancy stores, the fake birch trees growing in the hallways, and the prestige of becoming the biggest mall in New England. However, today I found out one horrible fact: There is NO BOOKSTORE in the entire Natick Collection. No Borders, Barnes & Nobles, nothing! It's so sad... doesn't anyone buy books anymore?? After shopping at the Natick "Mall" for decades, I decided to try out the Natick "Collection" last year. B-Real was right. Insane. INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE. INSANE IN THE BRAIN! The parking "lot" is horrendous. It's like your worst nightmare because it's Christmas and icy and cold and snowy and there is a line of 234432 SUVs, Cadillac Escalades, BMW Minivans, Mercedes Station Wagons, and the lone green Kia (my ride) all waiting to find a parking spot. Oh, they do have "valet" for seven bucks. Yeah, I'm all set in that area. As if I'd give you SEVEN DOLLARS for some douchebag to drive my car --SEVEN DOLLARS to enter the mall? No, thanks. Actually, just NO. Listen to Nancy Regan. Just Say No! So, I did find a space last year after looking for a good 15 minutes. I was heading home to Western Mass and was so starving that I decided to take myself out to California Pizza Kitchen for some fuel before I drove. CPK had a wait, but since it was just for one they ended up seating me really quickly. Yay for being a loner! Anyway, I'm here to review the MALL er, Collection. So, I went back this Sunday. From a distance the mall looks like some hotel in Vegas. I mean, the Collection (specifically, the Neiman Marcus store). But, that's neither here nor there. Why you ask?
