I live in a really really old house that had a very old defunct alarm system. I decided to have a new, working alarm system put in in January. It took Tony no time at all to get my new system dialed in, and I love that I didn't have to bother with a phone line. He and his staff are very helpful when it comes to determining needs and trouble shooting if need be, and their main office is also very very helpful. I have had friends house sit a few times and it's a peice of cake dealing with the alarm folks when it comes to adding temporary users, etc. I have never had any issues getting a hold of someone if I have questions and the system works great. I'd avoid this idiot at all costs. I think he or a friend wrote the previous reviews. He changes telephone numbers frequently. He attempted to sneak in a contract for monthly service with some other documents I was signing post-installation. After I caught him, he acted sheepishly. Afterward, he started billing me through a third-party biller. Do as you please, but there are a lot of more reputable, ethical companies out there, and I'd suggest you choose one of them for your alarm needs. read more

Old customer. Sold building 2+ years ago. Had the hardest time getting them to stop sending invoices after we closed account. Had numerous phone calls and emails with them as well as sending written instructions as they asked. Finally they stopped. Feb I get another invoice titled to new owner but sent to me. All I can get is answering service and NO return calls. Horrible customer relations as far as I am concerned. It has been over a week since my first call. read more
