They were so keen to help, open and friendly. Also they were very keen to give me a lift back after the car hire, they really did do their best. When they gave me the car, they really did go through all the details, showed me the car and did things to show me how the stuff in there works. I have really received all this before. If I am in Aberdeen again I will definitely use this branch and would have no reason to use any other company.

We went to a local branch in person as we had a specific requirements, what we needed. They offered…read moreus a van of a size we were looking for, however when we came to pick it up a couple of weeks later, we noticed it was a smaller class. They never mentioned anything and if we didn't say anything we would have been charged for a bigger class and left thinking we got what we ordered. When we confronted them, they admitted it is a lower class and promised to pay us back the difference, as they had no van available in our class. Althoug the person talking to us was kind, we were vey unhappy as we were counting on the van we ordered - we would never go for the smaller one! They could have at least call in advance!!! We were moving on that day 600miles away - with thight schedule, dropping the van in the new city and not returning to the old town, so when you do not fit all your things into the smaller van, where do you leave it??? I understand things happen, but a simple call in advance that they do not have the van we paid for would be expected! Or, don't promis people and charge them for something you do not have! This situation caused us many problems and we had no other option on such last minute notice than to take the smaller van. We never got any compensations for the problems caused, just the exact difference of the rental price between the two vans. I wouldn't rent a car/van from them again!

Now this is a car company!…read more It is along established limo hire company in Westhill. They have loads of limos for hire and they keep growing in number! There is a new car recently which is pink with Hannah Montana on the side - clearly for a certain age group!!! The service is always first class, you feel highly pampered and looked after, they will open the doors for you, give you a bottle of champagne (make sure to bring some more if there are a few of you), take pictures of you beside the limo and send them onto you afterwards. They have been operating for a long time and change the cars frerquently which means the cars remain of a high quality. They are great for hen nights, wedding cars, birthdays etc. Particularly like the Hummer!

We had been traveling in Scotland for over a week, but were still having trouble always understanding folks, so by putting our arrival time and place in writting, we were assured they got the info. Our driver was there waiting for us and was the same friendly person that picked us up the next day for our return to the train.
