Jake the manager gave me 4 different version of what would be my next steps and one of his employees got me to go all the way to the office and of course the manager was like thats wrong info you must have talked to some guy in the US I had just past the individual at the reception, only for them not resolving my issue in the meantime they charged my card for more than 1300$ (516 in fees upfront an extra 700 and 150 of I dont know what ) and in all of that i still dont have the bill of the so called repairs they did on the car . After lot of hassel when I could contact, someone promised me that they are going send the driver in between 1-30pm 2-00 pm. I should be ready with my credit card and driver license. But now it is 03-25pm, none showed up n even a call from them. So this is the standard of their customer service.

Always willing to work with you to find the best rental deal. The Customers can be a bit much at times often trying to pay with 2-3 different cards which slows processing down. Or trying to scam stuff about the rental. The counter staff still remains 'business like' in these situations. It's a busy location. They work hard. Rain. Snow or 90 degree heat.
