By the third one I was done and told them I want a refund! The partial refund for $428 has been pending for 6 days now my bank is going after them! was in the process of purchasing a new pool liner and Standard Wall Skimmer with Face Plate Cover Kit. I was in the process of removing my old liner and found that the whole pool needed to be replaced. I purchased a new pool, but found out that I cannot use the Standard Wall Skimmer with Face Plate Cover Kit that I purchased from this company. When I asked to return it, they stated I could but needed to pay a 25% restocking fee. Since I cannot use it and it is brand new in the box that they shipped to me, they will not even entertain even lowering or eliminating a restocking fee, plus you cannot get anyone on the phone but they have no problem sending you nasty one line emails back. I would NOT recommend ever using this company again! I would rather pay full price for an item than deal with this company. So i did not do much research on this company before purchasing. I had another company in mind and went with these people because i am also located in FL. Their website says free same day shipping if ordered by 2pm, I placed my order at 9am and did not get any type of shipping notice till the evening the next day. They also do not mention that once the package is shipped through their freight company you need to call that company to schedule a delivery date. When i contacted them through email because my tracking stated "appointment needed" and i assumed i had to go in person i received a unprofessional response i posted the picture below this person just flat out responded "i have no idea what you are talking about, tracking shows on their site" but it said appointment needed and before that pickup. ,zip after that. They also tell you to inspect every single box to make sure there is no damage before signing the invoice or they will not replace crap (like the driver is going to sit there and wait for you to inspect everything). I am not sure how they are still in business. The most unprofessional, misleading company i have ever encountered. I will also be placing a BBB complaint, nowhere on their website does it state that your package will be transferred to two different companies before it is delivered, how in the heck do they expect no damage or for people to even receive their package if you have to call these shipping companies to schedule a delivery date? If i could give them a -10,000 stars review I would! This company is led and represented by the most unprofessional piece of shit pond scum people I have ever dealt with in my life. They sold me a pool that is 2 months behind in manufacturing by the manufacturer and they knew this prior to selling the pool. Now how do I know this? I called the manufacturing company myself and was told that National Wholesale Pool company knows this yet they still sell the pool on the site and don't mention it. They just don't say it online prior to you purchasing the pool. OBVIOUSLY they want the money and this is clearly fraud and disingenuous at its finest! Now they are blaming it on the manufacturer and they respond 3 days later and tell me the more emails I send to enquire about getting a substitute pool or my money back so that my children can have something to do this summer during this pandemic they will just continue to put me at the back of the line before they respond; they never address the issue and have the audacity to tell me in an email that they will just put me on the back of the line because I'm harassing them with all the email inquiries I send them. So basically they are resorting to bullying tactics so I can back down and become fearful that they will ignore me and put me at the back of the line and not accomodate me in any way shape or form. In essence they are hoping I just stop emailing them and go away and wait for a pool that is going to come when the summer is over even though they stole my money and never in formed me of the backlog in the first place. I had a few issues when ordering a liner that was sent incorrectly two years ago but the issue was addressed and responded to and corrected so I did not write a negative review, things happen. I ordered a cover at the end of the season in 2019 for my above ground pool and ordered the middle of the road version that claims to have a 12 year warranty. It was fine the first year but when we removed the cover last week after the second season of use, it was stretched and had holes letting in leaves and garbage into the water leaving a mess to clean up and tons of chemicals to correct. When I reached out they informed me the warranty only covered the seam on the edges which never tears. Lesson learned, read the fine print. Their winter covers are only a one year use item, not the 8, 12 or 15 as advertised. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have had shopping online. I bought the product, it took almost two weeks to arrive, I spent almost 1200 dollars and then I have to hire people po put it together, when they opened the packages they realized there were parts missing, I inmediatly called customer service and I could not talk to a human therefore explanations were not easy. A friend of mine payed over $3000 for a pool and liner and supplies and shipping and whatnot. Then she had to hire an independent contractor from her area to come set it up. When the guy came to set up the pool he showed her where the liner was ripped in two placed. They patched it up just to make it work for the time being. She called the company and they refused to replace the liner blaming her for the rips. The best they would do was offer her a liner at their cost. What a rip!!! read more
