I run a sign shop. I have been ordering real estate frames and stakes from this company for many years... about 5+ orders per month... I recently ordered a case of double leg stake frames which I received scratched and gouged in the box. I called the company to inform them of this fact, and mainly because when my customer came to pickup her signs, she noticed it right away as well... The customer service representative was very courteous and prompt and let me know to take pictures of the frames and email them to the company. I took pictures and emailed them and she said she would talk to her boss and get back to me. I received a call a couple days later with the answer that the frames came scratched like that from China. I was also told that they would send me some spray paint in the mail to paint the frames... I am shocked at the level of service that this manager and company was exhibiting. read more
