Visiting Beningbrough was nice, though lower on my ranking than other manor houses of similar wealth. First, perhaps like other National Trust sites, entry is quite expensive. Once in, the gardens were really pretty to stroll through. The building itself also was very neat, but I was disappointed in the lack of a formal tour or much information throughout the building. I left feeling like I still didn't really know much history about it. The room also lacked much in the way of furnishings, so I didn't feel like I was truly seeing the hall in all its splendor.
