We were displaced by the flooding recently and as soon as we walked into the unit, we said....what flood?That should tell you everything you need to know. Photos are identical to what you see when you walk in and the cleanliness is impeccable. You had better book the next available unit if you see a vacancy before I do.

Unfortunately, over the past three years, the quality of management and the overall condition of the property have declined significantly. The current management team appears disconnected from the day-to-day realities of the building. Residents' concerns are often overlooked, and basic property standards that once made this community exceptional are no longer being maintained. The physical condition of the property has deteriorated noticeably. The pool area is frequently in poor condition, the hallways are uncomfortably hot during the summer and cold during the winter, and many of the common areas show clear signs of neglect. The trash room is often overflowing and cluttered, creating an unpleasant experience for residents. One recent example highlights the lack of oversight. For the past two weekends, several families, including ours, wanted to enjoy the pool with our children. However, a group of guests repeatedly occupied the area, bringing glass beer and wine bottles into and around the pool, playing loud music, using inappropriate language, and even playing football in the water. Multiple families appeared uncomfortable and left the area. Despite this ongoing situation, there seemed to be little to no management presence or enforcement of community rules. It is disappointing to see what has happened to a property that was once known for its luxury, professionalism, and attention to detail. Many long-term residents have witnessed a steady decline in standards, cleanliness, and overall resident experience. We hope Greystar take these concerns seriously and take immediate steps to restore the quality, maintenance, and management standards that originally made Waterwall Place such a desirable community.

    After living in this building for three years, I can confidently say this has been the worst year…read moreby far, and many residents we know that lived here for orer 6 years feel the same way. We are now planning to move out. It's unclear why management decided to bring in someone who appears unqualified and inexperienced for this role. The decline has been rapid and very noticeable. What used to be a great place to live has turned into a frustrating experience. Security has worsened significantly, many doors no longer require a fob for access. Maintenance in common areas has also deteriorated. Services we once relied on, like package notifications, have disappeared, leaving residents guessing. Communication overall has dropped; we are no longer informed about issues like gate malfunctions. There has also been a noticeable decline in professionalism, including the absence of any dress code for staff, which contributes to the overall lack of standards. This building used to feel like a luxury residence, but in just a few months, it has become the opposite. It's genuinely disappointing to see such a drastic decline. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Constantly dealing with water shut offs for busted…read morepipes (not related to the freeze, this is every couple of months), leaky roofs, mold, and trying to pay your rent is ridiculous because the resident money order always is down because they want you to go online to their website and pay a $49.99 convenience fee. Property manager, Anna, is rude and absolutely will send you nasty emails and leave rude voicemails. Don't ever expect an apology from her. Tried to renew my lease for 6 months while I wait for my house to be finished and they can't do that, but they can do 13 months or month to month at market rent (which is over $300 more than my neighbor on a 6 month lease in an updated unit is paying). The unit has had one update and that was flooring due to a flood and they put in cheap laminate that was scratched and peeling the day of installation and I had to move ALL MY BELONGINGS and vacate for a week with 24 hours notice and attitude that I was at work and couldn't immediately come home and move all my stuff out. I've put in multiple repair requests over the years for carpet coming off the stairs and they'll come in and fix something else and leave that. It's a fall hazard!!
