There are few things I hate more in life than having to write a bad review. The reason being, if I'm writing a negative review, it means I've been on the receiving end of truly awful service. I strive to be fair and gracious when offering constructive criticism; I understand that's what readers expect. So here we go: as it relates to Nationwide Dent Repair, I'm seeking reparations for the "dent" that was inflicted on my bank account by NDR. I scheduled an appointment to have minor hood damage repaired on my vehicle. After reviewing the damage (small scratches, chips, and a small, shallow dent) with the female associate, she assured me the repairs could be completed without issue. My primary concern was the scratches (see photos). She up-sold me on a full hood repair for $400, and I provided the factory touch-up paint before taking an Uber home. When I picked up the vehicle, the first thing I noticed was how dusty the car appeared. Upon further inspection, the dust was the least of my concerns. Not only did they fail to address my primary concern (the scratches), but they also didn't complete any of the additional work I was charged for. It was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. My first mistake was not thoroughly researching the company beforehand. Now I see they're comfortably swimming in the 1-star Yelp pool. I had a very disappointing experience with Nationwide Dent Repair. I was quoted $500-$600 to repair a dent and buff scratches on my hood. After we agreed on the price and scheduled the appointment, I dropped my truck off at 9:00 AM. The technician didn't even begin looking at the vehicle until after 12:00 PM. While the work was being done, I received a call saying they needed an additional $125 to buff the scratches -- even though polishing the scratches was already included in the original estimate. After speaking with the owner (Danny), I was told their estimator "made a mistake" and that they had fixed a second dent "for free." He refused to honor the agreed price and even implied he could put the dent back in if I wasn't satisfied with the new charge. To make matters worse, he claimed the scratches were never included in the original agreement and essentially accused me of lying. There is surveillance footage outside the building where we discussed the repair and pricing, but when I asked him to review it, he hesitated and said he couldn't go back and check. Changing the agreed price after the customer commits to the work is unacceptable. Professional businesses stand by their estimates. This experience felt unprofessional and dishonest, and I would not recommend using them. read more

My tech, Patrick (California MD location), did an amazing job on my Range Rover. Two significant door dings as well as scratches on three different wheels - all came out perfectly. Far exceeded my (stringent) expectations. Lisa in the front office was great to work with too - fit me into the schedule on less than a day's notice and kept me fully informed on status. I had a badly messed up tire and needed to get the rim fixed. The service was excellent, their work was amazing, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with the friendliest of service! When you walk in the door, you greeted with a smile by Lisa they're awesome receptionist, and she takes care of everything for you. She got me set up with an appointment, kept in constant communication with me, letting me know how everything was going, and when it was ready, and that if there was any problems, they would stand by their work and make sure that any problems would be fixed.Best service I've gotten any tire place in Southern, Maryland highly highly recommend! read more

Some of the worse customer service I ever had. I got there when they first opened. The lady who deals with customer service was 10 min late and then walks in like I wasn't already there waiting and proceeds to make me wait another 15 min. No exaggeration. Keep in mind it's only me there. Then they say my car will be done before they closed . I hadn't heard anything from the time I dropped it off until 3pm I decided to call them since they close at 5. Then the lady answered and had a attitude when I asked for a update ( I said I will call you!!) then hung up. I called back 4 times a hour later and she then no longer answered the phone. So 445 comes and I still didn't hear anything so luckily I live right up the street so I drove up there ready to take my car whether they fixed it or not because I was pissed. I walk in at 4:55 and the lady calls my phone as I'm walk-in in the door . I will never go back here again just because of her. She acts like a typical red neck. And I have no problems with any race. My father had the same experience but I tried to still give them a chance . Someone needs to set her straight. On another note they did fix my wheels good. This review is about the horrible customer service not the dent repair. The lady in customer service is rude. I took my tire there on a Monday morning before 11am in which the lady said if I drop it off by 11am my reoair will be ready before day end. They closed at 5pm she phones me at 4:40 pm and says my tire is ready? Ok..no way I could make it there before their 5pm close so I asked the lady what time do they open in the morning? She said 9am. I told her I would pick my tire up in the morning. So, I arrive at their shop at 9:35pm and see a Clock sign that said CLOSED BE BACK AT 10am???? I am puzzled as to why she didn't phone those with pickups as to their delayed opening??? I try and phone no answer??? I wait until 10am and the lady opens the shop. No apologies, no how are you.. just a rude " can I help you"?? I'm on a time schedule.. this was rude and very disrespectful to have customers waiting on you ? I will drive miles futher for another shop if my tire ever gets another crack. Rude customer service in 2020 is unacceptable! read more
