I needed to ship 5 huge boxes to a storage facility and the people that worked there were great…read moreabout it. I had to make two trips because I couldn't fit all the boxes in my car. They were ok with me leaving the boxes there which they usually don't do. I was appreciative for that. When I was ready to pay, the GM was great with helping me lift the boxes to weigh them and get the prices together. I appreciated them working with me. Only thing I wish was that the men worked there, that were there in the beginning would have helped me with the boxes as they were huge. They thought I was superwoman I guess lol.

However, they did have a pletsiglass separating the customer from the customer service representative. As far as their Covid regulations, I'm not a fan of.. could use some help. Their service however, was good with quick turn around time. I needed a birth certificate to be translated from Spanish to English and they did it within 24hrs, and it was notarized. Which is a plus!
