My car was picked up and taken to the garage for the service to be performed yet within half an hour I was advised of £280 of repairs as recommended as part of the service. I suspected that this was strange as a full service could surely not have been completed in this time. When I received my car back later on that day it was clear that they hadn't given it more than a quick once over. After speaking with the garage and servicing stop they agreed to pay out partial compensation, bit only after a long and drawn out process.

Had a confirmed time of 1.30pm to change a tyre (ordered through blackcircles). When I arrived then…read morenothing seemed to be happening. Staff seemed to be stood around chatting. By 2.15 asked and they hadn't even started it. Told it might be 3.30 before they could start it and the time wasn't confirmed (which it was!)Phoned blackcircles head office who phoned the garage to find out the delay. Work then finally started. Don't know why there was such a delay but staff totally unhelpful and needed a call from tyre company head office go get anything done after over an hours wait. Won't be back.
