This is a beautiful tobacconist with the customer service and knowledge to match! In the past 25+…read moreyears I have been to hundreds of cigar shops around the world and only a very few are on par with Macanudo in Copenhagen. I visited their fine shop a couple months ago and received great service from Mette. It is always a pleasure getting to speak cigars with someone as knowledgeable as she is. I was fortunate enough to come on a slow rainy day and they still had two boxes of the Ramon Allones King of North remaining. I was tempted to purchase both but didn't have the heart to deprive some other cigar enthusiast. Along with the box I purchased several singles from the RyJ Oro ligne and Trinidad's. Their humidor is immaculate with a perfect RH. Mette showed me around their well ventilated smoking lounge downstairs and asked if I wanted to indulge. If I were not on a tight schedule I would have loved to smoke a good cigar there. This two month long trip took me to 20+ tobacconists in a dozen countries and Macanudo by far had the best selection of Habanos during thepandemic shortage. This is truly a world class tobacconist and well worth visiting!

We came here to get a few bottles of wine to drink at our hotel balcony after a nice day out around town. Also, we wanted to try wines from Denmark, so there was an excuse to come here. The owner was so nice and was so helpful, but not pushy about what wines to get. He suggested many options and then took a step back for us to discuss and figure out on our own. I really like service like that. Best of all, we went with the wine he suggested and it was delicious!

i bought a pipe from this company,bad news i ordered this pipe from the website it cost 360 euro…read moreand was a boutique with a 9 mm filter.i received a standard pipe with no filter,i sent this pipe back on 25/05/2023 cost to me £13.80 reference number RN16157254GB,have sent 2 emails asking if they have received the pipe no reply.i have tried phoning no reply,this company is abysmal when it comes to customer service after all this is there mistake they sent the wrong pipe you would have thought they would be doing everything to put this right not being ignorrant like you are. one very unhappy customer! kevin mccambridge.
