Hired NATO to take down trees and haul away wood and clean up. Troy (business owner) cut off the top of a huge tree and hit our neighbors' house. Initially said he would pay the damages. A couple days later he stopped working leaving huge tree trunks that were in scope of the project uncut. Also left tree limbs, debris and wood all over our yard, gathered his team and left. Came back to pick up his trailer and when asked, he expressed that he would not finish the job or pay the damage to the neighbors' home. Wish I'd have seen the reviews on his website before hiring. BEWARE!!!!!!HE IS NOT INSURED, and he destroyed my property. He came out to give me a quote on two big trees that was between my house and garage and 3 trees on my neighbor's property, he showed me he had insurance threw Next Insurance company #NXTLLR1SYK-00-GL until June of 2021 on his phone and it was on his Facebook page. I told him that I didn't want anything hitting my concrete,  he said he has a great crew and he climbs, cuts and lowers everything down with ropes and nothing was going to hit the ground hard. He showed up Wednesday February 4th and sat in my driveway for two hours then he got out of his truck with no crew, started his chainsaw and cut one of the trees 5 feet off the ground destroying my concrete, flagpole, fence and 5" well. Thank God his truck caught on fire because he was going to cut the other tree that was leaning towards my garage. He left the truck that I had to tow away, all the mess and thousands and thousands of damage I called his insurance company and they told me he's not insured his name is Troy Wilson. Be very careful when hiring this company. They do good work and are respectful of your property. Had work done; they had no more room in their haul away truck; promised to come back the next day to finish up. No one showed. Promised to come back two other times; No Show. Now won't return calls. Had other work for them in the Spring; guess that won't happen with this company. read more
