Not reliable or customer service friendly, expensive. Alex stop by my house when I was working in my garden out front and asked if we needed any topsoil. After discussion it was determined that I would take a yard of triple mix and 2 yards of mulch. However when delivery day came, I had to call as I had heard nothing and spoke with Andrew. He told me he would talk to Alex and someone would get back to me. That never happened. I called again around 5 o'clock and I was told they MAY be able to deliver it two days later. I told Andrew I was very disappointed and he could forget the order as we had waited all day. No apology, just responded with OK. What a waste of a day as we were totally ready for them. I have used Natura for a number of years to cover my gardens with black mulch. I have known Alex the owner in a number of different capacities over the years, and I find him to be a man of integrity and runs his business that way too.
