I started going to see Dr Andres with some lower back pains this summer. My initial impression was very calming. Relaxing atmosphere, with a waterfall and a fish tank in the waiting area, and a staff that was very friendly, bilingual, and informative. There is also a designated kids room with lots of activities to keep young minds from feeling like theyre stuck in a Drs office. When meeting Dr Andres, It didn't take long to realize that he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I read one review that described his suggested treatment plan as a sales pitch, but I don't agree. Dr Andres believes whole heartedly in his work, and I really felt that he cared about my wellness. Something else I found fascinating is that Natural Choice advocates whole family wellness. More than once I've been there and seen whole families of 4-8 people all getting adjusted by Dr Andres. From grandma all the way down to the newest member of the family, a tiny newborn. Having multiple adjusting tables in one room is essential for this kind of care. I have had headaches for as long as I can remember and have gone to many different doctors, and neurologist with no answers as to why, and a perscription for some sort of drug or another to try out. I began to feel like and test dummy for new medications. I learned more from my first visit with Dr. Andres than I have in the past 10 years with other doctors. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my body and guided me with a plan of action. The care he has shown is exceptional. I also appreciate the office's flexibility. After going to 2 other Chiro's before Dr Andres...i suffered with my hip always going out of place.... and heat running down from my right hip to my foot..... I went to each one for several months...neither able to help...as one was more targeting at setting the bones...and the other one targeting on loosening the muscle to let the hip fall naturally in ...but never setting it so it would always be out and the heat stayed......DR.ANDRES did both...working on loosening the muscle before setting it...and being aggressive enough to make sure he got it in....with in 3 weeks the heat was gone in my leg....Not only is he a great Chiropractor...he is also very warm hearted ..friendly and personable...and a great encourager and educator on good health.... He lives and breaths what he teaches....some time he even has fresh fruit he brings to share with his clients.... The staff at Natural Choice Chiropractic is great! Very helpful in answering questions making your appointments and sending reminders out. I have to say I had a bad experience in the pass having an adjustment by another Doctor.. Dr. Sampedro has given me a great experience, for the last couple of years I have had a plugged ear which my MD could do nothing for me... after just 5 adjustment my hearing is back in that ear! I decided last year to do my first Iroman distance triathlon. I started trainning hard but i got some injuries on my knees and hip , so i give up for couple months. I have been going to Catherine Vantil for 2 years. I cant take Nsaids because I have over used them and I had temporary stomach problems.
