I've now waited seven months for installation of an EV charger that I've paid for, just numerous excuses. Paid 50% of price for a battery upgrade in November, installation date booked and the day before they asked for the balance to be paid to enable the installation to go ahead. I paid and they acknowledged, on the day I waited in and nobody came. No message, no phone call, no apology. Despite numerous exchanges of emails with their useless 'customer service', still no explanation and still no goods supplied, it's now mid-January. Customer service now ignoring my emails and no response on WhatsApp from the salesman. I'm €6k out of pocket now to this firm and about to take legal action. From posts on social media and on TrustPilot it would appear that I'm far from the only person to receive this fraudulent treatment. My advice, don't touch this company.
