Then told try heat and ice and ibuprofen then sent to front desk to reschedule another appointment. My experience this is typical of chiropractors. I came out of desperation and referal from friend. This was the first time trying a new chiropractic center so I was already a little skeptical. I walked in and nobody was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring so I sat there and waited. Keep in mind I showed up exactly on time to my appointment as I always do so they should have been expecting me. I waited 15 min and finally the phone rings so someone came out and grabbed the phone and started talking to whoever was on it. I told her I have an appointment at 10:00am and she said here fill out this paperwork. Again not very nice especially for a new patient. I sat down and filled out the paperwork maybe took me five minutes. I sat there for the next 45 min and waited for someone to come and get me. There wasn't one person that came in or out of the office so there wasn't anybody that I could ask what was going on. Eventually I ended up leaving because I had to go to another appointment. I filled out all of the paper work so they do have my phone number. It has been over a month and I have not received a phone call or anything asking where I went or saying sorry for completely neglecting a patient. I will never go there again. Nor will I refer my friends or family to go there. Terrible service.

When I was there, several people had walked around with absolutely nothing covering their faces and the staff did not care or even attempt to address it. After seeing this (and potentially being exposed due to their negligence) I approached the front desk to ask about the mask policy, I was told "well some of our patients have medical conditions, so they can't wear a mask" (to be clear, the people I saw without masks did not appear to struggle with breathing in the slightest). I am appalled that a business providing health care can't be bothered to protect its patients.
