She was asked personal and inappropriate questions that were not only insensitive to her situation but just outright enological for someone to ask. The questions asked had nothing to do with her treatment or assessment , the questions were for personal curiosity of her own. Needless to say this clinic needs a course on patient courtesy and proper bedside manner specially on sensitive cases. Lastly, the provider enter the room with no mask and was annoyed when asked to wear one during the consult. Though there is a divide on mask usage during this pandemic it is unsanitary/unsafe to not wear one in a medical setting with so much foot traffic and patient to patient interaction. These are people coming out of surgery and that may have underlined health conditions and are overall venerable to all infections during their recovery.
