They refused to treat my child and now he is left with work that needs doing that we have to seek else where! 3 employees were very rude and made false statements in regards to a policy being a place that a parent can not accompany a minor during the visit! Mind you my minor again has a disability! They refused accommodation, treatment & refused to allow me to see this "so called policy". Employees refused to put me in touch with their actual management causing me to have to obtain management information from their sister company at another location! Down right pitiful!
