I had a wonderful experience here! I did not have an appointment, but was greeted warmly by I believe the manager (Lynn?). I requested the Classic Pedicure (non-gel). Sarah, also very sweet, did my pedicure - so thorough, with extra care to the cuticles and a wonderful long foot/calf massage, including hot stones and towel, all for $29! I made sure to tip well. I used to love this place!!! I referred a lot of people to, lately it has really been a disappointment, quality as well as service is less than what I got before, I had friends go there last week with her mother and it was terrible service. They tell you they'll get to you in 10 minutes after they see you and you're already sitting there and it's 25 to 30 minutes before they get to you. This is very sad. It used to be my all-time favorite place and I live in Mesa and I moved from Scottsdale and at the beginning I would drive from Mesa to Scottsdale to go to the nail salon. That's how much I liked it. It's very sad that the quality is gone down. I like the owner quite a bit however, lately, she's been all over the placeand it seems like an uncontrollable situation in there. I went less than a week ago, I get acrylics (multiple nails lifting), they sprayed alcohol on the bottom of my feet which is making them peel (in all of my years I've never seen this), eye brows were done too thin (and uneven) even when I asked to just clean up and not shape. Also toe nails shape is awful. And my nails are so unnaturally square and sharp. Not worth it and I won't be back. read more

This was my first visit here. I love that you can make your appointments online. When I arrived I did not have to wait for my service to begin. I did not get the name of the woman doing my pedicure, but she gave the best foot/leg massage and she did a great job with my pedicure. They have a rewards system which I think is a plus. Also, the salon looked clean, all employees are wearing masks, and they require all guests to wear masks as well. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Very disappointed with the outcome of my nails. I paid extra for this "specialty" polish which is just polish with glitter. Tech rushed. Nails not fully polished. You will be warmly greeted and offered water and maybe even a cookie or two (: Nothing but polite and kind conversation and the most beautiful work. Very surprised to see such negative reviews! Dirty towels, empty plastic bottles laying around. I let tge guy talk me into acrylics after I requested SNS- figured it would be cheaper anyway. Well, I'm pretty pissed after being charged $73 for a basic pedicure and acrylics. Normally charged $50-55 TOTAL anywhere else. If anything, should have been cheaper given the nasty establishment. I broke one on Tuesday turning my electric toothbrush on. I broke another today when I picked up a box. Sad! This is a tough one! Lynn and Ann are super sweet and do a great job on pedicures and regular manicures. I've gone in whenever I'm back in town.I'd give them five stars...BUT the man who owns or manages the place did a horrible job on my first dip powder there--within six days, four nails had broken (ie the coating) requiring me to file them way down, which didn't stop the breakage, and another had cracked and was ready to break. When I go to my regular salon at home, my dip powders last 3 weeks! On top of that, he was obviously unhappy that he had to come out and do my nails, never said hello, goodbye or asked the shape or length I wanted. My first clue should have been when he asked if I wanted the powder "filled in"-/ what?!-- or a true powder. Instead of wrapping each mail to remove the old powder surface, he brought me a bowl of polish remover and told me to soak my nails in it! My fingers turned white and dried out from that until I could wash my hands. If you opt to go there, do NOT let the man touch your hands. (My manicurist guesses that he didn't have the right mix of powder and gel...) If I'd still been in Scottsdale, I would have gone in and asked for a refund and I'm not one who ever does that!! I only got a mani done and had 3 different people working on just my toes like they were all new. I had to tell them to stop cause my toe was hurting a bleeding :( and then they asked for a tip umm no!! I don't think so I need to use peroxide on about 5 of my toes :( do not go there!! Great place but if you need to make an appointment call instead of making it online because they don't honor their online appointments. I had made an appointment two weeks ago, received two weekly reminders and a text about my appointment but when I showed up they are booked and want me to wait 30-40 minutes. Usually waiting doesn't bother me but don't over book. Some people have strict plans throughout the day. I felt it was very unprofessional. read more

There is a certain woman that gives the BEST pedicures...talking best massage and it lasts for three weeks (unheard of). However, I won't be coming back due to their male nail tech (I think he's the only male that works there). Every time I've gone in I've had him. He was nice until I told him he was hurting me (he was filing my nails so hard they started burning and I could tell they were about to bleed). No big deal, things happen but every time I've had him since he hasn't been very nice and I'm never happy with the way my nails look. I would give this nail salon 5 negative stars but that's not an option. The owner would NOT refund my money for a $45.00 French tip gel manicure that they did not do right the first time. I went and told the owner that the gel nails were lifting and peeling right off the very next day. I'm an RN and it was my birthday weekend that weekend that I got my nails done at this salon and the French tip gel nails that they placed didn't even last! I basically gave them $45.00 for nothing. When I walked in the second time to share with the owner what happened she offered to redo it for 30% off total price. I took it because I didn't think I had a choice and I'm glad I did because that's when I noticed that the second time the same manicurist who did a faulty job the first time now used a "sand blaster" and a "special nail polish" so that the gel would stick to my nails! So I proceeded to share this with the owner at the time of payment, I even told the owner I will pay you full price for today's manicure if I can get a full refund for the first faulty gel manicure that was NOT done correctly. Nature Nails and Spa was my first visit as a walk-in.  No strong scent like most nail salons have.  Staff nice, friendly and hospitable.  Best of all EXCELLENT professional manicure by Alex ! I decided months ago to give my nails a rest from the chemical process and let them grow out naturally; that did not go down well so I desperately was in need of a manicure first as my nails were bare and in bad shape.  Then I had the "dip powder" gel applied. I LOVE the way they turned out ! I'm very happy ! I would like to see how long this powder gel lasts before I go back. I love this place. I started going here several years ago. What kept me coming back is Linh, who I assume is the owner, due to the degree of pride and ownership she takes in managing things. I came in with badly damaged, short nails and she advised me / led me to the best options for a manicure. But she didn't try to push what was trendy at the time but wrong for me--she wanted me to pick something that would be right for my lifestyle. When I came back the second time, she actually remembered me. That made me a longtime regular, and to this day she greets me like an old friend. It's not just me, either. I can tell she knows and appreciates most of her customers. (And her staff does too.) They also have a great selection of polishes and take pride in putting an artistic, detail oriented touch on the pedicures and manicures. The online booking is convenient.
