(Once a month to do my nails is my regular routine ) I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff were so patient and professional, and really paid attention to detail. I've been going here for months and I feel like I've known them for years. My nails last longer here than most places I've been, and they are always to my liking. They don't rush, and are great at what they do. I'm also a fan of online booking for my busy and last minute schedule. They care deeply about what they do and the service they offer. I never feel like I'm being pressured to add more or do more, I'm always treated with utmost respect, and I'm remembered. They're also incredibly grateful. It's been ages since I got my haircut and it's been even longer since I have walked out thinking I've wasted my money on a cut. I called ahead of time and got lucky that they had a time slot open on a busy day. My stylist was a bit rude and a bit too pushy of the Aveda products in store for my taste. I'm already there getting my hair done, please ask me if I want to hear about it. Don't demand I need to purchase this product in order to have great hair. No offence but I can't afford to spend $50+ a month on shampoo or conditioner (hi I'm a student). After being told by my stylist that they didn't want to cut my hair any shorter than I had asked because "it takes time to shorten it up (whatever the hell that means)", I was pretty damn irritated. Next the stylist curls the bottom end of my hair (because it's what their other client likes) and I can safely say I hate it. During the entire hair cutting process, I keep talking to the stylist about my ideas and keep getting shot down. Great. Thanks a lot! So in short, if you like pushy overbearing stylists that will do what they think is best for you - this is your spot!

Poor service,…read more Damaged my face I've been going to the salon for the last couple of times . I was there to have my eyebrows done . Sorry I went there as the owner was waxing my eyebrows she did a sloppy job on the right side and the left side she yanked the cotton so hard it pulled out part of my skin. Unfortunately she had the wax put halfway down on my eyelid so when she removed the cotton it tore my eyelid . She panicked and started mopping up the blood . I am so sorry I ever went to this place and will never go again . I took some pictures and was even considering going to see a lawyer to sue for damages. Very unhappy with the service as well as the damages done to my eyelids. When that was over she still turned around and charged me for my eyebrows .
