This is feedback on exactly how this woman and some of the customer service at this dispensary is choosing to deal with new people who are not used to how a dispensary works: Her first chosen and intentional response for dealing with newer customers: "What do you think your doing??" "You can't just go *waltzing* in there." For anyone who is looking for a dispensary that actually cares about the Quality of their customer service, of exactly How they talk to customers coming in to spend $, You may need to look elsewhere... or just avoid going in there on Thursday mornings when the rude woman with the dark hair and glasses works. I initially found this shop online while we were in the area, and as a person who is infatuated by cutlery of all types I had to stop by. Now I'm not just talking chef's knives here, people. For such a small shop they have great selection of custom made knives by regional knife makers as well as a wide range of name brand manufacturers. They have Benchmade, Spyderco, Boker, Emerson, Kershaw, Victorinox, Al Mar, CRKT, SOG, KAI Shun, Wustof, and many more. The lady that I believe owns the place was very helpful and was willing to show me anything I wanted to look at. As I mentioned above, the shop is pretty small but full of stuff. Although I wasn't interested in the smoke shop part, they had a huge selection of cigars, cigarettes and everything you could imagine that goes along with that. This will certainly be on my list of places to stop at when I'm in Salida again.

Their bath bombs are adorable, affordable (some options as low as like $4/$5), and look so high-end that they'd be at least $10 at other places. I stocked up on several bars, including a cute exfoliating foot bar soap, some bath bombs, some steamers, three jars of tea, and then this time, I looked at their wall of dried herbs and picked out some ashwaganda, lavender, calendula, and ginkgo. They have a rewards system and I was able to use my $5 birthday coupon - yay! Love love love this store so much!

A comment to the owner and manager: We spent $400+, but it was obvious that a few staff members were watching us as if we were going to steel something. It was obvious and not an observation or perception error on our part. I even approached one staff member and asked if I could take a few pictures (not of customers) for a Google review and got a strange look and pause, before they said, I guess. I would recommend to the staff to kindly engage a customer, if you are suspicious; that usually helps clarify any concerns. Other than some uptight staff, we enjoyed this store.

He provided excellent cigar recommendations, participated in a "spirited" discussion about the whisky on hand, and was deeply knowledgeable about the guitars he creates ~ and the community he loves. No one answers the phone. Can't leave a message as it says the voicemail hasn't been set up yet. Location still says over off south main even though they are by sky view tents now. For being the only shop in Buenie, you couldn't drop the ball any further. How can I make an appointment if you won't answer the phone? Not open Sunday afternoon, not open Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.. #infuriating
