I was recently at your company and had a situation where one of your employees stuck their hand in my window (driver side) of my car to pet my dog who was viciously barking at him. Before pulling up, I did my part by rolling up all of my windows, except for mine. Your employee got bit and I was treated so disrespectfully as if it was my fault when your employee who is in fact an adult should know better than to reach in the car at an unknown dog. I immediately offered all of my dogs information such as proof of shot records and was told I had to pull over for you guys to figure out what to do. (Very unprofessional) To make matters worst, your entire crew of employees treated me like a criminal. When I spoke with another employee to purchase the marijuana I was asking several questions and all she did was hand me a menu. They had me pulled to the side, called the cops, made me miss an appointment that I lost my deposit on. I am completely unsatisfied of the service I received when I was in fact the victim. I was NEVER approached by management or somebody to represent the establishment to handle the situation in a professional manner. I just want the person in charge to know how poorly I was serviced And treated due to YOUR EMPLOYEE sticking his hand in MY DRIVER WINDOW. Due to this incident, you have lost my business and 4 other people that were going to you. read more

This place hands down is the best spot in flint,overall the best one I have ever been too, the people working there are in the know, they knew what they were talking about when it came to the product, their recommendations are one point, they have great quality great customer service overall I say, they take care of you like you two are good friends better yet family . so Anybody who is reading this I suggest you get there and see yourself I guarantee you will not be laid down read more

He asked for our identification and then we were allowed to enter. Once inside they have a huge selection. They have any and everything your heart desire. We were like kids in a candy store. At this time we were greeted by Selena .She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As in my last experience in a dispensary it was very calm and mellow inside. I love that because I kinda got nervous the first time prior to going. I think the environment is extremely important and this place didn't disappoint. I felt calm, serene, and no where near nervous. They had a deal of four for $20 on selected items. They gave us a free pre roll since it was our first time. When made our exit and stopped to talk to P Diddy. He told us that he was the owner and the only black owned dispensary in Michigan. We were totally amazed and happy to patronize him. We will definitely be back. They also say they have the cheapest prices in the state which is absolutely untrue. There are dispensaries of my lawyers that have better pricing than them. Furthermore, if you call it ask information you're told you have to come into the store. Because I don't discuss anything over the phone. Business like this should not be allowed to make money in America. Service should be the first thing that is on your mind, especially when you're dealing with marijuana.

They set the atmosphere in the entryway, with an assortment of tea, coffee, and cookies to enjoy while you browse (edit: this may only be present during Christmas shopping season. Still, a nice touch!). It's obvious that every item in this shop has been deliberately chosen by the owner, and each one uniquely captures the natural environment. Cedar and sage scented candles, stone vases, tempered votives, long-stemmed glassware, handmade soaps... you could spend hours looking at all of the ornaments and decorations on display. Gorgeous, inviting, warm.. it doesn't even begin to describe the atmosphere that they have created in the 3 main rooms of the house. The Weed Lady is also a florist, with quite a large greenhouse in the back. Will definitely have to do more exploring here during the summer. The prices are a bit high, but also fair when considering you're paying for unique, quality products and excellent, knowledgeable service. I've been going here throughout the pandemic and not only have they provided many alternatives to shopping in store, the staff have also always been friendly and knowledgeable. The selection offered is always diverse, they always have specials going on, and the facility is clean and modern (reminds me of a doctor's office in the good way).
