Their bulk section is great, fruits and veggies have great prices, though their quality is okay, great options for poultry, either raw or a big selection of seasoned poultry; fish is always a hit or miss... Just avoid their pork, and ground beef... Their ground beef is made of mysterious meat... Overall a good place to shop. Have you ever hear of the saying to not to go grocery shopping with an empty stomach? Well, that's one of their differentials that is actually a great plus, their cafeteria is actually pretty good and very well portioned.

This place is excellent!! Whether you're looking for organic/healthy food or just want to stop by to take a coffee or tea. At the lunch time you also can enjoy "the salad in the jar", fresh, delicious and very healthy! Amazing!! read more

Meh. There are just so many better options for breakfast. The place has a buffet with a set price…read moreof R$45 per person including coffee and juice on the weekends. The eggs and meat options were pretty gross. The pancakes and waffles were cold and meant to be reheated in a panini maker. The baked goods were sort of mushy -lacking that great crunch of great French pastry or bread- and the cookies were just sweet and not flavorful. What this place could be good for is when you're hungover. There was no wait to eat, everything was bland, and there are lots of carbs to load up on plus bottomless coffee.
