Once released from the hospital my follow up visit to his office the next week was very upsetting as I had to wait for 90 minutes to even be seen and then was treated rudely by the office staff (I did not even get to see the doctor). I have now switched to a new urologist and do NOT recommend using Urology One as it seems, based on the care I am now receiving at my new urologist, that Urology One's methods and procedures are risky and out-of-date.

Plus there were still two people ahead of me. I had to cancel the appointment because I had to get back to work. Apparently this is pretty common place with them from talking to some other patients in the waiting room. It's a shame that medical practices like this exists, they think their time is valuable your time isn't. If you have an appointment with these folks, pack a lunch, you'll be there all day

I wouldn't recommend this doctor. He is a surgeon, but once he does the operation you don't see…read morehim anymore. He has someone else just pop in to check on you. I felt like he only wanted to do surgery whether or not it was really necessary. No bedside manner because he was never at my bedside. I don't feel that he did any harm to me, but he didn't do me any good either. He wants only good reviews and one woman gave him a bad review and he talked about it in my presence. He's like a salesman, very charismatic, but falls short in the end. He reads all of his reviews he said so I'm sure he will have this "less than shining" review removed! There is way more I could say on this topic, but I'll leave it alone.
