The woman that was working in the store was literally 5 feet away, but she didn't say anything or offer any help at all. She just kept gossiping with another customer, even though she saw my wife fall down. Unacceptable behavior. On the only positive side, the clerk did greet us when we walked into the store. Note that there are two small steps inside the store, and my wife tripped on the 2nd step. My wife saw the first step, but didn't anticipate a 2nd step a small distance away, since this is not typical. The sign was no help. Perhaps the store should consider getting rid of the steps and installing a ramped-floor instead.

I had seen shirts before but didn't know the whole history. It's worth reading about it on their website at the black dog.com - they do a lot of philanthropic collabs also for animals.
