This store is great if you're looking for bargains on named brand things but you really do need the time to look through everything. When I say time, I mean several hours at least. Check out takes forever and the employees there are not very friendly. I can tell by the look on their faces that they dread working there. I started to feel like my checking out in their lane was ruining their day. I don't like that.

The farmer's market is held on Sunday morning, I believe). The mall is smartly laid out and very well maintained. It is clean and is both welcoming and attractively designed. They have a good selection of retail and dining options. Again, the Lee Vista Promenade is located close to the airport, so if you are a traveler staying in Orlando, the City Beautiful, this is a good shopping plaza to either grab a meal, grab some essentials, or just for something to do (or a combination of all three). I travel a lot for business and I understand the need to find something to do in your downtime while traveling for work. This is a great choice to head to. HomeGoods, Michael's, Academy Sports, Five Below, Petco, ULTA... this list goes on. On top of that, you've got the Epic theater which offers luxury seating that I love. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.

There was a Llama Poncho that was handmade in the '40s on the same rack as other items ranging from the 20s to the 80s, so cool to see history through clothing! The items are vintage and many are one of a kind, so expect boutique prices!

So that was at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 7:55 and then at 8:00. The entire time we were shopping we were being kicked out. Horrible experience. Just close the store at 7:00pm and save me the headache of Dominga here to be annoyed. Meanwhile.... Ross is open until 11pm.

One of those was the display pair, which I personally tried on. I decided to go home and order the shoes online specifically because I did not want the display pair. When my order arrived, I discovered that it had been shipped directly from this store and the shoes they sent me were the exact display pair I had tried on. One of the shoes even still had a "trying on sock" inside of it. I should never have been sent the store's display shoes after placing an online order expecting a new pair. When I contacted Academy customer service, I was told my option was to return the shoes to the store, which would mean about a 1.5-hour round trip for me. The shoes are not damaged and I was willing to keep them if Academy offered a reasonable adjustment, but instead I was expected to spend my own time and gas fixing a problem that should never have happened in the first place. This was a very disappointing experience.
