I asked the cashiers if they had ever had them and they both said yes and described the berries as the texture of a grape mixed with the flavor of a kiwi and a strawberry. I was impressed with not only their product knowledge but also their enthusiasm- one of the cashiers was so excited to tell me about this strange and unique fruit that he encouraged me to wash the berries in the sink they have near the front door so he could see my face after trying it. So I did and he was right!! It tasted just like strawberries kiwis and grapes- so refreshing to go into a grocery store where people are passionate about what they do, kind, and helpful! Also their curry chicken salad in the deli is amazing, they offer lots of local products, and they have a great selection of supplements that are natural so you don't have to worry about weird fillers that conventional grocery stores often have on their shelves. It is so nice to go to one store instead of going to 3 -4 different places. From the healing clay mask I use on my face and hair, to the raw dairy I need for my kids, delicious local sourdough bread, raw local honey, natural supplements and to top it all off the best produce I've found in Oshkosh. I was so grateful that I could buy organic berries that were almost half the price of Festival and looked and tasted amazing. I've been there 3 times in 4 days and I'll be a regular from now on. I went to accessories isle, two employees one with a stocking cart blocking the isle. The two employees on duty were casually talking, non-work related. I approach the area needing two scarves. The one employee continue to block the area, look back at me, didn't move her cart. Just stated very ugly, "I am trying to stay out of everyone's way. The other employee rude and aloof, do you need to get by. Both didn't move, and continue to talk. Proceeded to check out, and realized I forgot an item. I ask cashier to dispatch matter, or could she get an employee to get it. She stood their looking at me. She stated. That guy is in training and cannot leave." I stated, mist certainly, with management, several employees just standing around, someone can assist. A customer that was behind me, was nice enough, to go get item for me. Manager finally shows up, and the effect. Defends employees need for training, and that's why I couldn't be assisted. That's not a response. So, a customer now has to obtain an item, for another customer. If, have of these employees would do more working, than chatting on company time, perhaps issues would not ongoingly keep happening. These young kids have no work ethics, no respect, and no integrity about there employment. Customer service re-training is much needed.

My recommendations: The soda there is alright and has a slightly distinct flavor but isn't noticeable unless you are a true soda connoisseur. The mochi tastes like edible rice bubblegum with the taro filling reminding me of a coffee, perhaps latte. It's a must try. My favorite so far has to go to the pocky sticks because they make a great snack for one or even two if you get creative.
