His team took out all of our builder pavers and put in new beautiful Belgard pavers, planter wall, fire pit, and BBQ island. We had been planning our huge landscaping and hardscape project since March 2023 and we developed our own rudimentary plans. We solicited more than 15 companies to come out and develop proposals for us. It was quite the experience good, bad and ugly including time wasters and charlatans. We met some great people and the best were Zebra Landscapes and Manzanita Landscapes for what's turned out to be an enormous undertaking. But from the beginning Nethan was patient, an excellent listener, responsive, knowledgeable, confident, understanding and competent. He made many visits over many months to earn our confidence and our business. Work began three weeks ago at the very end of October 2023. Work will finish in 2-3 weeks. Includes turf, pavers, spa, Gazebo, huge trees, irrigation, massive lighting, putting green, campground for grandkids, fire features, extensive fencing, huge amounts of fill and dirt and much more. Perhaps most importantly after many similar projects before returning to Yavapai County this year, we have never seen a harder working group of men led by Eduardo, and his crew Eric, Joaquin, Juan, and supported by many vendors and supply man Adrian. Frank is Nethan's right hand man and Alex is the fence guy. These people have become family and give us confidence each and every day that our hard earned money is being well spent.
