He calls me later in the day saying he did not have enough money to purchase the supplies and could I CashApp him the money. Well, we had no written agreement, so I was not comfortable with sending him money. My thinking was I may never see him again. That was exactly the case! He never returned my calls. He never showed up for the appointment and not only that, he took some of the parts from the sink that I purchased making it difficult for the new contractor that came out to actually complete the requirements of the initial installment! They were very tidy using drop cloths on the carpet and cleaned up after themselves; unlike a lot of handymen/ contractors. Our staircase not only looks better, but is as solid as a rock and not all wobbly like it was before. He found The Finishing Company. We advised Brian why rods we would like and that our stairwell was loose. Brian said no problem.
