It's not uncommon to hear the manager and assistant manager having a very loud argument at the front register. I asked one of the employees once how they price things because they seemed high to me and they said, "We just think up prices." No research, no thought, completely unprofessional. At least the store's clean, but there was a bedbug scare there a few months back. I stopped shopping there because they're overpricing things almost as bad as the Nazarene store. Go to The Hut or Memory Lane next to Coors. They're nice and don't scream at each other.

Real thrift stores like this are getting hard to come by. They're all starting to get curated, overpriced, and over-shopped. I found a wooden train set for my preschooler for only ten bucks, and got a bunch of other items for $1 or $2 each: paperback books, kids clothes, glasses, and canning jars. I even got a shirt for myself!

They don't have a public bathroom but did let my 3 yr old niece use their bathroom when we were close to an "uh o" moment. It's a must stop for thrifting in the area.

I have to say the following: 1)inventory is good but they do have a smallish space. I personally think they could rearrange and add shelves. 2) pricing: all over the place. I personally don't think they keep up with online trends in resale. First their "dot" system doesn't incorporate dates. How do they know age of inventory? 3) eBay "comps". From what I can tell they print copies of recent listings on eBay where they should put average sold prices. You can list something on eBay for $100 but could sell for $10. Also eBay has 3 million monthly visits. And 2 billion daily transactions. In Albuquerque at the assistance league they have personally told me they take listing and sales prices for expensive items and sell at 30% of that price. It's their shop but I bet they could double or triple sales if they stopped listing eBay comps or lowered sales price and also offered a senior day. I have heard at least 3 people ask if they had a senior day. And maybe a dollar rack like the two major thrift stores have. Go into Humane Thrift or Upscale and they almost always have customers. Here not so much

It is stuffed full of everything under the sun - collectibles, kitchen items, furniture, second hand tools and appliances and more. It is sort of a hunt to find what you want, but there is some organization to it (but that is the fun of antiquing)! We found nice clamps for our shop and a beautiful large art piece. We enjoyed walking through and will definitely be back! It is the biggest shop of its type in Cañon.

Don explained to me how to repot them if I need to and even gave me the materials and labeled them for m. He gave me information about the surrounding area and even gave me a souvenir!
