Very friendly up…read morefront to get you suckered in and take your deposit, once paid you'll see their true colours, when asked to provide a date for install, their response is "we can only supply this once deposit is paid", same question asked on paying deposit, now they won't respond to phone calls or text messages, the one or two they did, they had every excuse under the sun. Once on site very aggressive behavior, the work they carried out is average at best. Once completed, or what they call completed, is a site full of mud and offcuts everywhere, holes cut-out of existing concrete for posts not back filled and left looking disgraceful. I sent them photos of my concerns, within a couple of minutes of sending them, they were on the phone yelling abuse. Once they had begrudgingly tried to fix these issues, within 24hrs of them being on site i receive another aggressive text with what they call their final demand for payment... STAY AWAY!!

Masquerading as a quality retailer, but really just a money grabbing outfit…read more Awful customer service....over estimated quantity required by a significant amount and then refused take back surplus. .......said it was our fault even though they were responsible for measurement, supply and installation - unbelievable!!. Owner then tried to blame my wife even though he was not party to the discussions when we were offered an alternative tile layout ( we went for a running pattern rather then the brickbond/ 1/3 bond pattern - which was offered to us by the installer) - left us with around £500/600 surplus tiles. The only positive out of this experience was the tiler - who was superb - and fortunately a third party contractor of this business and someone who I would recommend - polite, courteous and professional - everything this business is not. The owners attempt at reconciliation for his mistake ( he was the one who came around and measured them) was that we deliver them back to his over priced little tile shop and he would resell them for us). His excuse for not taking them back - he had no room. The sooner business like this go bust the better for consumers.

It sells the most amazing fireplaces…read more I bought one for my study and a beautiful tiled fireplace with an old slate surround for my living room. They fitted them 8 days after I bought them, which I think is good, and when they came to do it they did a really good job. They look great, but also they were polite and professional when they did the fitting. I really recommend them. They sell woodburners too. We went to their workshop and they were extremely helpful and friendly. We looked at different…read morematerials and the options that were available (we selected quartz) and they gave us a quote for the work. The work went ahead and they arrived on the arranged date and measured up. The quartz was prepared and fitted about 10 days later. We had the worktops, upstands and splashback fitted and it was installed, joined and finished to an excellent standard (I have never seen better) and to the agreed schedule. The adhesive used did smell while setting but this soon went away. All the work was completed with minimal fuss or mess. The worktop is really spectacular and our builder was extremely impressed and has also recommended Marble Supreme. I would definitely use them again.
