Jairo Yairo, Nehemias Rivera, and Charley gave me a very reasonable estimate on the work required and then went to town on the job. They purchased the Vinyl flooring that I had selected at Lowes and went right to work on the project. I watched as they meticulously pieced every plank together and made sure it was perfectly fitted to the planks surrounding it. They replaced the trim and did a fantastic job of painting it. A week after they left, my wife noticed some small bumps and a discoloration and we called back. We were told he was busy in Houston and would come by the next week. 6 months later (after several calls from my wife) I stopped there and slightly complained. The mother ( assuming) wrote down my name/address and said she would call him that day. She called later and said the were sending someone out the next week. They did. And the fella didn't make any improvements at all. More call backs and more promises... Finally, I called and said either get Shannon here to fix this or we'll hire someone else and send him the bill. Well, that worked for a minute. Shannon did show up and (according to my wife) didn't have much to say. About 10 minutes later he told my wife he needed to get something to buff out the granite and left. Never seen him again. Years later mold started coming into my walls, I called them out again, their employee came out and stated that it was a previous problem took pictures that had nothing to do with the leak (the problem was some caulk had not been applied correctly inside the shower) while they were trying to charge me for things unrelated. I am so disappointed in them. I can not recommend them to anyone and this is based on my personal experience which I have a right to.
