Worked out OK because we could wait until September and Doug always replied back to our text messages about when he would be ready to do our lawn. We checked with him after major storms hit and he did need to reschedule for following week. This was no big deal because we communicated very well and knew thunderstorms would affect his schedule. Doug was very easy to work with. He had us order 30 yards of screened topsoil, which we had delivered and Doug messaged us the morning of that he was on his way. He got here at 8:30 am, and did a beautiful job spreading the dirt and Hydroseeding. He had the right equipment to track over our newly installed septic field. We would highly recommend contacting Doug for any Hydroseeding project. He is the kind of hard working and honest contractor that everyone will appreciate.

Service recovery requested to take a percentage off the invoice for a less than 2 hour cancellation of our scheduled service, and Haley was rude and called me difficult. She delayed the new homeowners from getting occupancy of their new home as we had to inform the cleaning of the home was delayed. Haley could care less and did not lessen her fee for service and lack of reliability and professionalism. I would support one of the many other small businesses in the area for a move-out cleaning that values customers and their reputation.
