When informed that the previous office manager authorized those adjustments, they threatened to file a mechanic's lien against me which is fraudulent and illegal (as they do not legally qualify as a category entitled to this type of lien per the property code). Take pictures of all insufficiencies (you will have them, including bathtub and sink rings) and keep all text communication with them to be able to prove you don't owe them money because they are willing to employ low-ball tactics. The owner's refuses to speak to me after I've been a customer almost 3 years and the new office manager is quite rude. The employee turnover has been constant. The owner says this is about cross training but I know that the employees left or were fired. It creates a constant parade of strangers in your home and inconsistent cleaning. Small items came up missing and there was a chemical stain which the owner refused to take responsibility for (but the previous office manager finally did....). In all, I'd highly recommend you stay away. I've used 5 cleaning companies over the past 10 years and this one is in the top 2 worst.
