Dr. Nabeel was dismissive and unprofessional, openly admitting he's never had dental treatment. He kept commenting on my Invisalign journey when I wasn't asking for his opinion. I went in for an emergency check-up for pain unrelated to Invisalign, but he insisted on offering unsolicited comments. When I asked about the brand of whitening products they use, he couldn't even give a straight answer and made a mockery when I asked if it was Phillips Zoom. He seemed more focused on proving himself rather than addressing my concerns. His people skills and customer service were severely lacking. I called to give basic feedback about this, and I received an unreasonable message from the so-called director of The Dental Hub, who manages both the Milton Keynes and Northampton branches. He told me that a manager would call me and that they welcomed feedback, but instead, he ended up texting me and referred to me as "a pain in the arse"--this message came from the company number. (See attachment) The director seems more focused on walking his dog and sipping coffee than actually managing the practice and handling complaints professionally. He clearly didn't bother to check who he was messaging before hitting send. Just because you're a private company doesn't mean customer service should be ignored. This practice seems like it doesn't care about patient care. I'll be interested to see what the GDC has to say about this. Update: The director reached out via his personal number, offering a brief and unconvincing apology. (See attachment of how they handle misconduct and complaints.) This sums up how this place handles issues.

I have had my invisalign for 11 months now, and the result is amazing. Throughout the treatment they were really friendly and caring at The Hub Dental Practice in Milton Keynes. They was very flexible with appointments time as I had to cancel a few appointments and did everything they could to fit me in to speed up the process. I would highly recommend The Hub Dental Practice in Milton Keynes to anyone who is not confident about there teeth, it is totally worth it and I am constantly smiling and can not thank Kostas and Beckie enough.

Dr Sonaya was lovely…read morebut said she would not proceed without doing a full check up (I have my own dentist who did this less than three months ago). for which she wanted another £69.50 plus any treatment she thought necessary plus X Rays (also done recently at my own dentist).  Didn't mention that in the 3 e-mails I received asking me to take up the offer! Don't waste your time unless this is your regular dentist. WON'T BE RETURNING! (I went to the Appledore in Binfield Bracknell not Milton Keynes) As a PS they have now blocked me from their FB page and removed my complaint which goes to prove they only allow what they want on there. They still say if you are suitable they will go ahead, not telling you of the additional charges. So dishonest.

From a young age i have always been scared of dentists, i joined broughton dentists because its so…read moremuch closer than the one i used to travel to in newport pagnell. The dentists is very clean and up to date looking with laminate floor in the waiting room, there are plenty of magazines to read whilst you are waiting. At this dentists they treat privately and nhs patients. A year ago i had to have 4 teeth extracted at these dentists and to cut a very long story short i am no longer afraid of the dentists after having this done, infact i could have anything done and wouldnt even batter an eyelid any more. The dentists put your mind at rest and if you still think you can feel something or some pain they will stop and give you some more injections. The staff are very friendly and they call you before your appointment to make sure you are still avaliable to attend.

I was told about this practice in Broughton and rang for an NHS appointment for an examination and…read morescale and polish. They said that if I wanted to see the Hygienist it would cost £45 for a scale and polish on top of the NHS charge. When I asked why I had to pay privately she said because the hygienist was private. It seems unfair that in order to have a proper job done at an NHS practice you have to pay privately.
