I would not recommend JSP Handyman Services based on my experience…read more I contacted my home warranty company because my kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the sink while still functioning normally. JSP Handyman Services was assigned to the claim, and a technician came out to assess the problem. Unfortunately, after the technician worked on the faucet, it became completely non-functional. We were left without a working kitchen faucet, despite the fact that it had been functioning when the original claim was submitted. The experience was extremely frustrating. The communication and follow through were unprofessional, and the repair was not completed. We were then left dealing with the consequences of a faucet that was worse after the service visit than it was before. I understand that JSP was working through a home warranty company, but as the assigned service contractor, I expected competent workmanship, professionalism, and a completed repair. Instead, the issue remained unresolved and created additional inconvenience for our household. We hired another company to take care of our faucet replacement. Based on my experience, I would not use or recommend JSP Handyman Services.

Person who answered the phone sounded like they just woke up and said they'd call the technician to see if they'd still be able to make it. No call back about anything. Just called my home warranty company to tell them to take JSP off their list because of all the bad reviews I've seen. Home warranty tried to call them and they didn't answer either.
