The business owner, Mons Larson, told me he can fix the problem and ended up charging me $500 for a diagnosis for a repair that costed him $2 in parts to "seal 2 wires". I came because my AC isn't blowing cold air like it should. He gave me the car back, and the AC is STILL NOT BLOWING COLD AIR. Further, Mons was rude and unprofessional to me and my father. He told me, "I don't understand your dad" and that my dad is "interesting." My father has an accent and this guy obviously has issue with people other than his origin. I asked him to either fix what I came for or give me a refund so I can take it somewhere that can fix it. He BLOCKED my number like a coward. This is no honest or ethical way to do business. I HIGHLY don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's a $530 mistake that I don't wish on any other hardworking person here in the valley. This shop has no interest in fixing or mediating any issues. Horrible and bad business. Check out the invoice for yourself.

Warning to anyone who even remotely thinks about taking their car here: don't…read more We went here in August 2017 and had my catalytic converter replaced for $1600. Last month, I had the same check engine light come on. I brought it to the shop, and also got my oil changed. My first complaint is the oil change was $70. That's ridiculous. Second, they couldn't determine what the issue was, yet still charged us for labor. This month, the check engine light came on again. After such a bad experience, we went to a different shop and this shop told us the catalytic converter was bad. Not sure what horrible off brand they used, but catalytic converters are supposed to last for ten years. Yes, this shop has great customer service, but I can't help feeling like I was scammed by them. Update: The owner did call me, which I do appreciate, and did ask if there was anything that could be done--but unfortunately the damage is done.

I replaced every sensor and even added a boost fooler to solve the problem, but the problem would not go away. Finally, I put back in the stock turbo and I have no more issues. The KC turbo is now a paperweight. I believe that the wastegate is seized. I understand that sometimes even good products can have defects, but my real issue with KC is the horrible customer service. They will not even consider that their product could have a problem and refuse to make this right...I'm on my own. It is nearly impossible to get tech support on the phone, and when you do, they make excuses, give false information and sort of blow you off

After last review I was contacted almost immediately and they said I would have my car today. Guess who's not answering a phone or text and guess who still doesn't have their car.

When I googled this part u can find it for 120.00. Also if you use your card to pay be prepared to be charged the fee. Mine was an extra 21.00. He said when my car was done it was gonna be 600, when I got there it was 768. Had I just bought the part myself n his labor was 196 I could've came out way cheaper. He also had to lyft me which was only 8 bucks n wouldn't let me use the 10% coupon cuz he paid for the lyft. He also stated he was going to look for a better gas cap n he did but failed to tell me it was 50 bucks! I could've probably found that cheaper on my own or at least been told hey just so u know I found a gas cap n it's gonna cost you this much n then let me decide if I wanted to spend that much. But the work got done n I can't complain it's only been a few weeks, n I did like that Ray was nice. Just wish he hadn't flip flopped with the cost. He turned out not being any cheaper than the other quotes minus the gas cap n credit card fees.

DO NOT GO HERE!…read more yesterday 11/22 i called this place & asked about brakes. the guy said to come in & they would take a look, then quote me on the price when i arrived the guy up front was nice & had my car taken to be looked at about 20 minutes later some lady (who appeared out of no where) came outside & told me it would be SEVEN HUNDRED & FIFTY DOLLARS!!!!!!! for BRAKES!!!! i looked at her so crazy & told them NO take my car down THEN she said (with an attitude of course) "well its $75 for an inspection fee" i was appalled. BECAUSE the man on the phone NEVER advised that there was an inspection fee! & i know darn well i would have NOT pulled up to this place if he had told me that bc that is ridiculous & i would never go somewhere with charges like that. i told the lady i was never advised of such thing & she said "i'll go talk to him." then she never came back out???? & once the mechanic took my car down he brought me my keys & said i could go. SKETCHY!! then to top off my horrible experience, once i get home my tire is completely FLAT! i had to call my insurance to put the spare on the next day. & then i drove to a REALLY GOOD LLANTERA who was able to patch it thank God, bc it was a NEW TIRE! mind you, no nail was found in my tire it basically looked punctured :) i refuse to believe a place of business would put someones LIFE in danger by acting nasty like that, but granted the attitude i was given there & the outrageous quotes i was provided i dont doubt there were mad they didnt make a dime off me that day!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
